Join us for an intimate master class and tasting of exquisite Brunello wines led by Gaia and Giovanni Gaja, the fifth generation of the founding family of Italy’s GAJA wines. Participants will sample three vintages each of GAJA’s Rennina and Sugarille Brunellos — punctuated by tasting notes that vary from powerful and complex to perfectly balanced and velvety. SW Steakhouse Executive Chef Mark LoRusso will curate a tasting of small bites paired to each of the wines.
