Packaging is crafted to keep every item fresh and delicious. You’ll also find an attractively displayed selection of grab-and-go items.

Guests will find an expanded selection of Double Rainbow ice creams, including irresistible flavors such as White Chocolate Pistachio, Raspberry Sorbet, Mango and Vanilla Custard, Ultra Chocolate, and Almond Joy.

The Caffè was designed as a signature showcase for the talented bakers, pastry chefs, cake artists, and artisans at Wynn. Every item is baked from scratch in-house and available exclusively at Wynn.

At sunrise, classic favorites like crushed avocado toast and warm cinnamon rolls are mainstays. During lunch, the selection includes a luscious prime rib panini, a chicken parm sandwich, or the most comforting grilled cheese on rustic bread.

The pretzel. Wynn Master Baker Johann Willar won the accolade “World’s Best Pretzel” at the 2022 International Baking Industry Exposition.

The Caffè offers an extensive range of specialty coffee drinks, catering to every imaginable taste.

No visible swimwear. Swimwear must be concealed under an opaque cover-up or appropriate clothing.

Inspired by the Italian tradition of commedia dell’arte, Caffè Al Teatro features design motifs that capture the jovial quality of this historic genre of theater. Shimmering Venetian chandeliers offer a delicate contrast against the cubist-inspired ceiling mural overhead. Lacquered interior moldings, reminiscent of melted chocolate ice cream with a touch of maraschino, frame a beautifully composed interior that feels both historic and new. On the walls, exquisite reverse-painted mirror panels, known as verre églomisé, depict charming scenes of commedia imagery for a fanciful, period-inspired touch. The diamond-patterned stone mosaic floor draws inspiration from traditional Harlequin costuming. Furnishings reference the caffè-style seating found in grand establishments in Milan and Venice. The rich layering of finishes creates a space that feels both sweet and savory — a delectable backdrop to the artisanal delights crafted by Wynn’s master bakers.
