Inspired by the showrooms and supper clubs that defined Las Vegas in the 1950s, Delilah layers Parisian salon influences, Art Deco detailing, live performers, and multiple levels of dining, cocktails, and entertainment into one of the Strip's most exclusive destinations.
Executive Chef Jonathan Bauman's menu reimagines American supper club classics through seafood towers, prime steaks, Beef Wellington, and the restaurant's signature Chicken Tenders & Caviar. Throughout the evening, musicians, vocalists, tableside presentations, and artful cocktails transform dinner into an event.
Little Bubble Bar at Delilah
A whimsical nod to the golden age of Hollywood, Little Bubble Bar is the inviting entry point to an evening at Delilah. The intimate lounge creates the ideal scene for sophisticated cocktails and canapés. With only five tables, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bauman has more than two decades of culinary experience, and he oversees a menu that reimagines American supper club favorites through premium ingredients and contemporary technique. Since joining Wynn Las Vegas in 2008, Bauman has held leadership roles at several of the resort's most celebrated restaurants, including The Buffet at Wynn and Jardin. Earlier in his career, he worked alongside the teams behind Society Café and Alex Stratta's acclaimed Stratta before further developing his expertise at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and The Ritz-Carlton, Naples.
