Ring in 2026 with multi-course gala menus and select live entertainment on December 31 or exclusive à la carte offerings available on December 31 and January 1. Reservations are strongly encouraged. Prepaid reservations are required for gala seatings beginning at 8 p.m. Pricing varies by venue and does not include beverages, tax, or gratuity.
New Year's Eve Galas
Casa Playa
The coastal Mexican hotspot will present a limited à la carte menu. Guests can also enjoy a chilled seafood station featuring lobster tails, king crab legs, and West Coast oysters, as well as a taco station highlighting tomahawk steak with chimichurri, suckling pig carnitas, and whole snapper zarandeado.
Delilah
The New Year’s Eve à la carte gala menu begins with a starter for the table, followed by appetizers including Delilah’s Famous Chicken Tenders and King Crab Caesar. Entrée selections feature White Truffle Carbonara, Delilah Beef Wellington, and potato-crusted Dover sole. Dessert concludes with the Chocolate Pandora’s Box.

Chef Theo Schoenegger presents an elegant gala dinner inspired by classic Italian flavors, with dishes including Astice Asparagi e Caviale, Cappellacci di Ricotta con Tartufi Bianchi, Pesce San Pietro, and Filetto di Bue e Brasato al Barolo.
NEW YEAR'S EVE NIGHTLIFE
Revelers dance into the New Year at XS Nightclub with the industry’s top DJs. The festivities begin Tuesday, Dec. 30, with DJ duo SOFI TUKKER. On Wednesday, Dec. 31, guests can look forward to an unparalleled celebration featuring stunning décor, party favors, and a live countdown with RÜFÜS DU SOL (DJ set).
