Cipriani, the iconic Italian restaurant that is considered an international institution, will make its anticipated Las Vegas debut at Wynn Plaza in November. The Cipriani name is synonymous around the world with the type of cool glamour, service and classic Italian recipes that attract an eclectic clientele all with one thing in common; they like to have a good time. With restaurants across the globe, including New York, Hong Kong, Monte Carlo and Ibiza, Cipriani Las Vegas at Wynn will be the first location on the West Coast.

The restaurant, designed by Florentine architect Michele Bonan, will feature a classic Cipriani design, including a nautical feel, glossy walnut and chrome accents, and terrazzo floors in addition to elements unique to the space at Wynn. The menu will include signature classics such as carpaccio alla Cipriani, baked tagliolini with ham, and the decadent vanilla meringue. Don’t miss a visit the bar to sample a true taste of Venice: the original Bellini, which was invented nearly 85 years ago at Giuseppe Cipriani Sr.’s first establishment in Venice, Italy.

Cipriani will open in November 2018, in the Wynn Plaza shops, for lunch and dinner.
