And like most cherished traditional dishes, there is fierce debate as to how to make it and what to put in it. Wynn’s Vice-President of culinary operations, James Beard Foundation Award-honored chef Christopher Lee, invites you to this immersive demo on shopping for, preparing and cooking the perfect Valenciana-inspired paella. A casual paella lunch will follow his demo.
