The ultimate one-pot Spanish comfort food, paella is steeped in centuries of tradition.  And like most cherished traditional dishes, there is fierce debate as to how to make it and what to put in it.  Wynn’s Vice-President of culinary operations, James Beard Award-honored chef Christopher Lee, invites you  to this immersive demo on shopping for, preparing and cooking the perfect Valenciana-inspired paella.  A casual paella lunch will follow his demo.
