Mizumi’s executive chef Min Kim joins with master sushi chef Yuji Abinales to share the secrets of recreating Mizumi’s elaborate sushi platters at home. Participants will learn the pillars of Japanese cooking – balancing flavor, color and texture; how to source the best ingredients and the chef’s techniques for achieving restaurant-caliber sushi at home. This lively interactive class will be followed by a casual sushi lunch.
