Caviar has had a long and storied history, which began well before its star turn atop the blini. Join us as Lakeside executive chef David Walzog teams with Jim Miller of the fabled Kolikof caviar house for a tasting and immersion into the world of caviar. Jim will explain how caviar came to be so popular, how to choose and store caviar, and the flavors you should look for when tasting premium caviar. Participants must be 21 and over.
