One of our most popular classes is back, with Wynn’s Master Chocolatier Jonathan Whitney inviting you to this interactive, in-kitchen immersion into all things chocolate. Participants will learn the basics of working with chocolate, including emulsions, tempering, molding, and more, all while tasting an array of Wynn’s artisanal chocolates. This exclusive experience is limited to just 12 participants.
