Led by executive pastry chef Patrice Caillot, this interactive demo takes you behind the scenes and into Wynn’s busy pastry kitchen, where you will learn from the masters the basics of working with chocolate. Participants will get a crash course in emulsions and tempering chocolate, while tasting a variety of Wynn’s artisanal chocolates. This Willy Wonka-like experience is limited to just 12 guests. Wynn Pastry Shop, 2 pm.
