Acclaimed chef and beloved Food Network personality Jet Tila returns to Wynn—where he first made his mark launching the celebrated Wazuzu restaurant in 2008—for an exclusive Connoisseur culinary experience. In this intimate cooking demonstration, Chef Tila will share the flavors, techniques, and stories behind some of his most iconic dishes, including his legendary drunken noodles, along with favorites from his best-selling cookbook, “101 Asian Dishes to Cook Before You Die.

Following the demonstration, guests will enjoy a casual luncheon and conversation with Chef Tila, offering a rare opportunity to engage with one of America’s most respected voices in Asian cuisine.

Once dubbed the “unofficial mayor of Thai Town, Los Angeles,” by the late Anthony Bourdain, celebrated chef and Food Network personality Jet Tila invites guests on a curated culinary tour of Thai dining in Las Vegas. This exclusive Connoisseur experience includes a visit to one of his personally selected standout Thai spots.

The experience also includes lunch at the legendary Lotus of Siam—where Chef Tila introduced Anthony Bourdain to its acclaimed regional cuisine during an episode of “Parts Unknown.” Limited to just 12 guests, this intimate excursion offers a rare opportunity to explore the flavors and stories of Thai cuisine alongside one of its most passionate ambassadors.
