William Harlan, and Amanda Harlan Maltas, ambassador for the Harlan Family Domain, begins with a Champagne Krug and caviar reception. A multi-course dinner curated by Chef Christopher Lee, Wynn’s VP of culinary operations, starting with Krug Vintage, followed by three library vintages of Harlan Estate and a stunning finale of Chateau d’Yquem.
