Chef Johnny Curiel of Denver's Alma Fonda Fina and Chef Sarah Thompson of Casa Playa at Wynn Las Vegas share a vision inspired by the beauty of Mexican culture expressed through food. Curiel founded Alma Fonda Fina, a Michelin-starred restaurant, as a tribute to his heritage, drawing on family traditions and his pride in his homeland. His contemporary Mexican cuisine honors that culturally rich legacy. Join Curiel as he collaborates with Chef Sarah Thompson (2025 James Beard Foundation Award Best Chef: Southwest finalist and 2026 semifinalist) for a one-night-only dining experience that captures the flavor, spirit, and allure of Mexico.
