Executive Chef Enzo Febbraro draws on family recipes from Naples to create a menu of Italian American comfort favorites, including Baked Lasagna Napoletana layered with Sunday meat ragù, smoked mozzarella, and meatballs; Risotto Pescatora with shrimp, mussels, clams, octopus, and scallops; and Veal Chop Parmigiana topped with tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella.
Delight in Allegro's pre-theater prix fixe menu, showcasing Chef Enzo Febbraro's soulful Italian classics. This thoughtfully timed dining experience is ideal for your evening before enjoying Awakening or headliner performances at Encore Theater.
