One (1) complimentary meal for two (2) at The Buffet may only be redeemed one (1) time during the stay, may not be used to purchase alcoholic beverages and must be used in its entirety in one (1) sitting. Gratuities are not included. The one (1) complimentary meal for two (2) at The Buffet may be redeemed for breakfast, brunch or dinner.  Endless Pours and VIP Buffet Package are not included in this offer.  One (1) complimentary meal for two (2) at The Buffet must be redeemed in a single transaction during a stay booked under this offer. Total complimentary The Buffet meals for two (2) awarded to a single reservation associated with this offer shall not exceed one (1) meal for two (2). All menu items are subject to availability and may be substituted at the discretion of Wynn Las Vegas at any time. Any additional beverages or food items consumed beyond the package allotment will be charged and taxed accordingly and shall be participant’s sole responsibility. Resort Fee:  A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your resort room account for each room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls, a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls and a 24-hour elevator lobby security team for enhanced guest safety. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. The total shown for your online reservation or in your confirmation email, as applicable, does not include this daily fee.

Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms is 4 people.  A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property. A deposit of one (1) night of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. At time of check-in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online, or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment. For all reservations staying through December 31, a deposit of the first night’s room rate and tax will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation, and the reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable 30 days prior to your arrival and the remaining balance for all room nights will be charged no earlier than 30 days prior to your arrival. For all reservations that include a stay on 1/4/2022 through 1/6/2022, a full deposit of all room nights and tax will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation and a two-week cancellation policy is applied.  Should your plans require you to change your departure date, please note that fees may apply and your room rate is subject to change. A Late Check Out will be subject to a half or full day charge based on the current day's prevailing room rate, room type, and actual time of departure. An Early Departure will be subject to a penalty fee if notice is not received prior to check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino.  Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.
