Wynn Las Vegas - Wynn Rewards Early Tier Upgrade Promotion

April 1 – May 31, 2024

  1. The Wynn Las Vegas - Wynn Rewards Early Tier Upgrade Promotion (“Promotion”) is available to new and existing Wynn Las Vegas Wynn Rewards Program members (“Member”) during the Promotional Period (as defined below). This Promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Wynn Rewards Terms and Conditions available at https://www.wynnlasvegas.com/terms/wynn-rewards.
  2. To participate in the Promotion, Member must visit a Wynn Las Vegas Wynn Rewards desk in person between 8:01 a.m. PT on Monday, April 1, 2024 and 10:59 p.m. PT on Friday, May 31, 2024 (the “Promotional Period”) and must present a valid government issued ID along with a competitor’s valid loyalty card. The name on the presented loyalty card must match Member’s ID and name on Wynn Rewards account. For a full list of competitor loyalty cards eligible for the Promotion and the corresponding Wynn Rewards Tier that competitor’s loyalty cards and levels will be matched to (the “Tier Match”), please visit https://www.wynnlasvegas.com/wynn-rewards/tier-upgrade.
  3. Members may only receive one (1) Tier Match at Wynn Las Vegas during the Promotional Period subject to these Promotion Rules in the Promotional Period. 
  4. Persons who are not legally permitted to engage in gambling, have entered into the Wynn Self-Exclusion Program, entered into a self-limit or self-exclusion program in an applicable state, or been banned or trespassed by Wynn Resorts are not eligible for membership in the Program or this Promotion. Credit customers must clear their credit balances in order to be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  5. The Tier Match and associated benefits will only apply at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas properties. 
  6. Employees of Wynn Las Vas Vegas and its affiliates and their spouses and cohabitants, regardless of division, department, job, title, or status are not eligible for customer incentive and promotional items including membership in the Program. 
  7. By participating in this Promotion, Member agrees to adhere to these Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Wynn Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
  8. It may take up to seven (7) business days for the Tier Match to be processed.
  9. Tier Match is valid for Wynn Las Vegas only; the Tier Match and associated benefits are not applicable at Encore Boston Harbor or WynnBET.
  10. Tier Matches will be valid from the date of Tier Match through January 31, 2025.  Members may retain or increase their Tier Match and associated benefits thereafter by using their Card while playing select slot machines and table games to earn the applicable Tier Credits at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor within the calendar year as more specifically set forth in Wynn Rewards Terms and Conditions available at https://www.wynnlasvegas.com/terms/wynn-rewards.
  11. Wynn Rewards benefits, including without limitation, benefits designated for Tier promotion, are provided at the discretion of management. Management reserves the right to unilaterally change, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate any such benefits, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice for any or no reason.
  12. Wynn Resorts reserves the right to modify (e.g., change competitor loyalty card(s) that are eligible for matching, change Wynn Rewards tiers that a competitor’s card/level will be matched to, etc.) or cancel this offer at any time at its sole discretion. Wynn Resorts also reserves the right to exclude a person from participating in this Promotion if Wynn Resorts reasonably believes that such person is engaging in unfair, fraudulent, deceptive, and/or misleading actions, omissions, behavior and/or conduct, or otherwise does not comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions or the Wynn Rewards Terms and Conditions.
  13. Members may only have one (1) Wynn Rewards account. Duplicate accounts may be deleted at Wynn’s sole discretion and any attempt to use this Promotion for multiple Wynn Rewards account associated with the same Member shall be void and may disqualify Member from having a Wynn Rewards account.
  14. Wynn Resorts is not an affiliate of any competitor casinos nor is Wynn Resorts affiliated with any loyalty programs identified in connection with this Promotion. All competitor casino and loyalty program names are the trademarks of their respective owners.
  15. Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies. In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any incentive, benefits, prizes, or gifts associated with the Promotion.
  16. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and, subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management shall be deemed final.
