Wynn Rewards Tier Match Promotion

June 1, 2021 – August 31, 2021

1. The Wynn Rewards Tier Match Promotion (“Promotion”) is available to new and existing Wynn Las Vegas Wynn Rewards Program members (“Member”) during the Promotional Period (as defined below). This Promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Wynn Rewards Terms and Conditions available at https://www.wynnlasvegas.com/terms/wynn-rewards.

2. To participate in the Promotion, Member must visit a Wynn Las Vegas Wynn Rewards desk in person between 8:01 a.m. PT on Monday, June 14, 2021 and 10:59 p.m. PT on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 (the “Promotional Period”) and must present a valid government issued ID along with a competitor’s loyalty card. The name on the presented loyalty card must match Member’s ID and name on Wynn Rewards account. For a full list of competitor loyalty cards eligible for the Promotion and the corresponding Wynn Rewards Tier that competitor’s loyalty cards and levels will be matched to (the “Tier Match”), please visit https://www.wynnlasvegas.com/wynn-rewards/tier-match.

3. Members may request one (1) additional Tier Match during the Promotional Period subject to these Promotion Rules if he/she subsequently becomes eligible for a higher Tier Match in the Promotional Period.

4. Persons who are not legally permitted to engage in gambling, have entered into the Wynn Self-Exclusion Program, entered into a self-limit or self-exclusion program in an applicable state, or been banned or trespassed by Wynn are not eligible for membership in the Program or this Promotion. Credit customers must clear their credit balances in order to be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

5. Employees and their spouses and cohabitants, regardless of division, department, job, title, or status are not eligible for customer incentive and promotional items including membership in the Program.

6. By participating in this Promotion, Member agrees to adhere to these Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Wynn Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

7. It may take up to seven (7) business days for the Tier Match to be processed.

8. Tier Matches will be valid from the date of Tier Match through December 31, 2022.

9. Wynn Rewards benefits, including without limitation, benefits designated for Tier promotion, are provided at the discretion of management. Management reserves the right to unilaterally change, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate any such benefits, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice for any or no reason.

10. Wynn Resorts reserves the right to modify (e.g., change competitor loyalty card(s) that are eligible for matching, change Wynn Rewards tiers that a competitor’s card/level will be matched to, etc.) or cancel this offer at any time at its sole discretion. Wynn Resorts also reserves the right to exclude a person from participating in this Promotion if Wynn Resorts reasonably believes that such person is engaging in unfair, fraudulent, deceptive, and/or misleading actions, omissions, behavior and/or conduct, or otherwise does not comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions or the Wynn Rewards Terms and Conditions.

11. Members may only have one (1) Wynn Rewards account. Duplicate accounts may be deleted at Wynn’s sole discretion and any attempt to use this Promotion for multiple Wynn Rewards account associated with the same Member shall be void and may disqualify Member from having a Wynn Rewards account.

12. Wynn Resorts is not an affiliate of any competitor casinos nor is Wynn Resorts affiliated with any loyalty programs identified in connection with this Promotion. All competitor casino and loyalty program names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

13. Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any incentive, benefits, prizes, or gifts associated with the Promotion.

14. A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Promotion, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

15. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.
