As the temperatures rise in Las Vegas, so do the laughs that emanate from the Encore Theater. With a can’t-be-beat lineup of gut-busting comedy giants including longtime Wynn residents Nate Bargatze and Sebastian Maniscalco, award-winning headliner Demetri Martin, and such luminary talents as Jimmy O. Yang and Matteo Lane, the Encore Theater continues to elevate the comedy offerings in Las Vegas, this spring!

JIMMY O. YANG: Live in Las Vegas

April 03, 04 | 8 PM

Whether he’s portraying ‘Jian-Yang’ on HBO’s Emmy-winning Silicon Valley, ‘Willis Wu’ on Hulu’s Taika Waititi-directed Interior Chinatown, or ‘Bernard Tai’ in the global blockbuster Crazy Rich Asians, there’s little doubt that Jimmy O. Yang hilariously owns every scene in which he appears, making him a favorite of audiences and filmmakers, alike.

On the stand-up front, the multi-lingual Hong Kong-born and Los Angeles-raised stand-up’s book, 2018’s How to American: An Immigrant's Guide to Disappointing Your Parents, led to his first tour; which he followed with a pair of sold-out international tours that resulted in two of Amazon Prime’s top-performing original comedy specials—Jimmy O. Yang: Good Deal (2020) and Jimmy O. Yang: Guess How Much (2023). Yang’s most recent tour, 2024-25’s Big & Tall included sold-out legs in the US (including his Encore Theater debut in April 2025), Canada, Hong Kong, China, the UK, the Netherlands, and Australia.

This month, Yang returns to the Encore Theater for two nights filled with the anecdotal, conversational, story-driven humor that’s endeared him to audiences around the globe.

NATE BARGATZE: Big Dumb Eyes World Tour

April 8 – 11 | 8 PM

Nate Bargatze

It takes a pretty smart guy to become the highest earning comedian in the world by portraying a somewhat bewildered and loveably confused everyman, but GRAMMY-winning and Emmy-nominated Encore Theater-resident, Nate Bargatze—who recently set a world record for the highest single-year gross of any comedy performer in history—makes it look easy.

Dubbed “the nicest man in stand-up” by The Atlantic, Bargatze has hosted Saturday Night Live twice, and recently hosted the highly rated 77th Primetime Emmy Awards. The Greatest Average American, the new comedy game show he co-created, executive produces, and hosts, premiered in February on ABC and Hulu; while his first film, The Breadwinner (which he co-wrote and executive produced), in which he stars alongside Mandy Moore, Colin Jost, Will Forte, and Kumail Nanjiani, will be released in late-May.

Returning to the Encore Theater for a four-night run from Wednesday, April 08 through Saturday, April 11, spend some time with the charming Nate Bargatze; because whether it’s your first time or your tenth, it’ll be time well spent.

DEMETRI MARTIN: The Quick Draw Tour

April 24 | 8 PM

Demetri Martin

Driven by clever wordplay, a love for double entendres, sharp one-liners delivered with a calm deadpan, short musical interludes on the guitar, and the hilarious, Pictionary-esqe drawings and diagrams that along with have become his signature, the Emmy-nominated Demetri Martin has been a unique comedy force since first appearing on the Late Show with David Letterman in 2002.

Since then, he’s been seen in numerous late-night appearances; a bevy of specials and series on Comedy Central; roles on such television series as Flight of the Conchords, New Girl, and Crank Yankers; and major motion pictures including Taking Woodstock (2009), Contagion (2011), and Weird: The Al Yankovic Story (2022).

Once described as the perfect stand-up for “intellectuals happy to let someone else do the talking,” you can enjoy Martin’s minimalist, innovative, and laugh-inducing multi-media comedy at the Encore Theater on Friday, April 24

MATTEO LANE: We Gotta Catch Up!

April 25 | 8 PM

Matteo Lane

Anyone who attended Matteo Lane’s debut in the Encore Theater last year will tell you that as people filed-out of the venue, the most buzzed-about topic being bandied about was how much they hoped he’d be booked again; the sooner the better. Well, it appears their prayers have been answered, because Lane is returning to the Encore Theater with his latest presentation of playfully irreverent, rapid-fire, and at times unapologetically raunchy insights, witticisms, impressions, and observations.

Instagram’s algorithm has no doubt filled your feed with countless clips from Lane’s popular stand-up specials, The Advice Special (2022), Hair Plugs and Heartache (2023), The Advice Special, Part 2 and Part 3 (2023 and 2024), and The Al Dente Special (2025)h, each of which elicits multiple LOLs per clip from viewers.

Do not miss Matteo Lane when he returns to the Encore Theater with We Gotta Catch Up, a one-night-only performance of his latest material, on Saturday, April 25!

SEBASTIAN MANISCALCO: Live in Vegas

May 23, 24 | 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM

Sebastian Maniscalco

Bearing the mantle of such comedy greats as Jerry Lewis and Jim Carey, the expressive and highly physical comedy of Encore Theater-resident Sebastian Maniscalco has made him one of the world’s most recognizable and commercially successful touring comedians; not to mention the subject of a recurring bit on Saturday Night Live (in which he is portrayed hilariously by Marcello Hernandez).

Whereas most observational comedians talk about situations in which they have found themselves; Maniscalco’s humor focuses less on the situation itself, so much as his reaction to the situation, often starting with disbelief and crescendoing with a meltdown. And it’s gold!

Returning to the Encore Theater for four shows over the Memorial Day weekend (Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, at 7:30 PM and again at 10:30 PM), come and witness the dramatic facial expressions, the exaggerated gesticulation, the performative full-body acting, and the brilliant non-verbal reactions that have made laughing at Sebastian Maniscalco’s comedy one of the world’s most sought after tonics for whatever ails you.
