As the master distiller for Clase Azul Mexico, Viridiana Tinoco elevates tequila to new heights. Her first blend—the iconic Clase Azul Tequila Gold, intended as a limited release—was so well received that it became a staple in the brand's Icon portfolio. She went on to craft limited editions for the Día de los Muertos and Master Artisans collections, as well as Clase Azul Tequila Ultra, the brand's five-year-old ultra añejo.

Join us on Thursday, May 30 for an exclusive Clase Azul tequila pairing dinner curated by Executive Chef Sarah Thompson, Viridiana Tinoco, and Wynn's Master Mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini. Seating is limited.

$175 per person plus tax and gratuities.
