Meticulous vineyard practices and modern winemaking techniques shape its signature Monte Lodoletta wines: Amarone della Valpolicella, crafted from dried grapes for extraordinary richness and aging potential, and Valpolicella Superiore, whose partially dried grapes lend remarkable depth and concentration.
