Sunrise at Sinatra is the resort’s signature daytime dining destination — a refined, full-service breakfast and lunch experience served daily from 7:30 AM to 1 PM. As the only full-service brunch at Encore, it carries forward the unhurried mornings and warm hospitality our guests have come to love, delivering the traditional breakfast and lunch they return for, elevated for the Encore setting.

Sunrise at Sinatra is located within the beautiful Sinatra dining space at Encore. Guests are welcomed into an elegant, light-filled room and may also choose to dine out on the open-air terrace — a serene patio setting that lets the morning become part of the meal. A full bar and lounge offers a relaxed perch for those who prefer to ease into the day over coffee or a cocktail. Whether seated in the dining room, beneath the sky on the terrace, or at the bar, the atmosphere is timelessly sophisticated and unmistakably Encore.
