DEPOSIT POLICY

We require a deposit of the first night’s room rate and tax, which will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation. At time of check-in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking your reservation or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment.

For all reservations arriving on November 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 or 21, 2026, a full deposit of all room nights and tax will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation and cancellations must be received at least 21 days prior to arrival date or the deposit will be forfeited.

For all reservations arriving on December 29, 30, or 31, 2026, a deposit of the first night’s room rate and tax will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation, and the reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable 30 days prior to your arrival and the remaining balance for all room nights will be charged no earlier than 30 days prior to your arrival.

For all reservations arriving on May 16, 17, or 18, 2026, or January 4, 5, or 6, 2027 a full deposit of all room nights and tax will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation and cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival date or the deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless otherwise specified above, cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date or deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited. Early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in.

RESORT FEE INFORMATION

Reservations will be charged a daily resort fee of $55 plus tax. The applicable resort fee will be added to your room account for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night, which entitles you to receive the following:

  • Complimentary self-parking for up to two vehicles;
  • In-room Wi-Fi of 15 Mbps on an unlimited number of devices;
  • Complimentary bottled water, refreshed daily;
  • Unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls;
  • Access for up to two persons to our fitness center; and
  • A digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers.

Some amenities, such as the fitness center, parking, and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand.

This Resort Fee is only applicable to reservations for the following room types: Wynn Resort King, Wynn Resort Two Queens, Wynn Panoramic View King, Wynn Panoramic View Two Queens, Wynn Panoramic Corner King, Encore Resort King, Encore Resort Two Queens, Encore Panoramic View King and Encore Panoramic View Two Queens.

TOWER SUITES RESORT FEE INFORMATION

Reservations will be charged a daily resort fee of $55 plus tax. The applicable resort fee will be added to your room account for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night, which entitles you to receive the following:

  • Complimentary valet or self-parking for up to two vehicles;
  • In-room Wi-Fi of 15 Mbps on an unlimited number of devices;
  • Complimentary bottled water, refreshed daily;

TOWER SUITES BREAKFAST INFORMATION

  • Guests staying in a Wynn Tower Suite King, Wynn Tower Suite Two Queens, Wynn Tower Suite Executive, Wynn Tower Suite Parlor, Wynn Tower Suite Salon, Encore Tower Suite King, Encore Tower Suite Parlor, Encore Tower Suite Salon receive a $50 daily BREAKFASTCREDIT which is valid towards food and beverages charged to your room between the hours of 5 a.m. and 12 p.m.at Terrace Pointe Café, The Buffet, Jardin, Espresso or Caffè Al Teatro. Availability to redeem the breakfast credit at the applicable Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas outlets is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
  • Guests staying in a Wynn One Bedroom Fairway Villa, Wynn Two Bedroom Fairway Villa, Encore Two Bedroom Apartment, Encore Three Bedroom Duplex will receive a $200 daily breakfast credit and is valid towards food and beverages from in-room dining charged to your room between the hours of 5 a.m. and 12 p.m. Pacific Time each day of a stay booked under this offer.
  • Guests staying in a Wynn Tower Suite receive daily coffee and tea service at Tower Suites Barbetween the hours of 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Pacific Time, subject to outlet availability and guest demand.
  • Guests staying in an Encore Tower Suite receive daily coffee and tea service at Espresso between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., subject to outlet availability and guest demand.
  • Guest is responsible for any charges exceeding the daily credit amount. Any costs over and above the daily breakfast credit will appear on your guest folio and are the responsibility of the guest. breakfast credit will not show on your guest folio, but rather will be automatically applied.
  • Unused breakfast credit will not be refunded and has no cash value.
  • Gratuities are not included in daily breakfast credit.
  • Daily breakfast credit only applies to Tower Suites reserved through eligible rate codes; complimentary rooms and upgrades to a Tower Suite room due to Resort room unavailability are not eligible for the breakfast credit.

PARKING INFORMATION

Valet and self-parking are complimentary for Private Access members.

OTHER POLICIES

  • Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites.
  • A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in for the following room types: Wynn Resort King, Wynn Resort Two Queens, Wynn Panoramic View King, Wynn Panoramic View Two Queens, Wynn Panoramic Corner King, Encore Resort King, Encore Resort Two Queens, Encore Panoramic View King, Encore Panoramic View Two Queens, Wynn Tower Suite King, Wynn Tower Suite Two Queens, Wynn Tower Suite Executive, Wynn Tower Suite Parlor, Wynn Tower Suite Salon, Encore Tower Suite King, Encore Tower Suite Parlor and Encore Tower Suite Salon.
  • A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $500 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in for the following room types: Wynn One Bedroom Fairway Villa, Wynn Two Bedroom Fairway Villa, Encore Two Bedroom Apartment and Encore Three Bedroom Duplex reservations.
  • A $50 per night surcharge will be added for each guest exceeding two or four guests in a room, as applicable.
  • Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms is 4 people, and up to 6 people for our largest two-bedroom suite. A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000. Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.
  • Should your plans require you to change your departure date, please note that fees may apply and your room rate is subject to change. A Late Check Out will be subject to a half or full day charge based on the current day's prevailing room rate, room type, and actual time of departure. An Early Departure will be subject to a penalty fee if notice is not received prior to check-in.
  • Check-in time after 3 p.m., check-out time before 12 p.m.
  • Guest must be at least 21 years of age for check-in.
  • There is a 14 day maximum stay restriction for all reservations.
  • Smoking preference and bed type are not guaranteed except for Encore Resort Two Queens and Encore Panoramic View Two Queens.
  • There is a limit of three rooms for each reservation made online. For all inquiries of four rooms or more please contact Private Access directly.
  • There is a deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in a designated non-smoking room.
  • Outside food and beverage, as well as large coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.

GUEST BEHAVIOR STANDARDS

Wynn Resorts is committed to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests and employees. If anyone interferes with your safety or enjoyment at our resorts, please contact the nearest security officer. Behavior we consider to be inappropriate and disrespectful is prohibited. This includes:

  • Unruly behavior, threatening or obscene gestures, fighting or violence.
  • Derogatory and threatening language including offensive remarks about race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, national origin, pregnancy, or other legal protected classifications.
  • Clothing deemed, at our discretion, to not confirm to dress codes in restaurants, nightclubs, pools and elsewhere. Also, clothing deemed to be offensive or indecent is prohibited.
  • Possession of a weapon except with Wynn Resort’s prior knowledge and consent.
  • Stealing, damaging, or misusing any property.
  • Possession or use of Cannabis or illegal drugs.
  • Any other inappropriate conduct as determined by Wynn Resorts.

Wynn Resorts reserves the right to take all actions permitted by applicable law for violations of this policy.

This offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, is not available over holidays, and, with the exception of Wynn Rewards offers, may not be combined with any other offer. Offer is not valid for any group bookings, conventions or existing reservations and is non-commissionable. Offer is restricted to Private Access members only.
