Terms and Conditions

  1. The Lunar New Year Lucky Drawings are limited to Wynn Reward Card members that are invited to the Lunar New Year Celebration (the “Event”) held in Encore Ballroom at Wynn Las Vegas on Sunday, February 2, 2025 and qualify to receive at least one (1) drawing ticket (as set forth below). 
  2. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to invite participants to participate in the Lunar New Year Lucky Drawings in its sole discretion. 
  3. The Lunar New Year Lucky Drawings will take place at various times during the Event in the form of three different games (“Game” or “Games”) – Keep it or Trade it, a Wynn Clinko Board, a Wynn Big Wheel, and finally a Gold VIP Lucky Drawing on Sunday, February 2, 2025 between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 pm. (approx.).
  4. Drawing tickets may be earned from 12:01 a.m. on Monday, January 27, 2025 through 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 2, 2025 (the “Earning Period”). Drawing tickets may not be earned after 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 2, 2025; no exceptions. 
  5. All participants with credit line/front money (CL/FM) of $50,000 and above will be eligible to participate in the Lucky Drawings with the RED  Participants will earn (1) ticket for every $20,000 in Loss or $5,000 in Theo during the Earning Period.
  6. All participants with CL/FM of $500,000 and above will also be eligible to participate in the VIP Drawings with the GOLD VIP  tickets. Participants will earn (1) ticket for every $100,000 in Loss or $25,000 in Theo during the Earning Period.     
  7. All participants who meet the criteria and are eligible to participate in the VIP Drawings are also eligible to participate in the Lucky Drawings.  Loss and Theo will earn both GOLD VIP tickets and RED tickets, based on the earning criteria set forth in Sections 5 and 6 above.  For example, a participant with CL/FM of $500,000 or above, who has a $100,000 Loss will earn one (1) GOLD VIP ticket and five (5) RED tickets.       
  8. Drawings tickets for each Drawing will automatically be deposited into the Drawing drum by Marketing staff.
  9. The drawing tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  10. Drawing tickets will be drawn from a drawing drum in a designated area of the Encore Ballroom at various times from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 2, 2025. 
  11. Wynn Las Vegas Senior Executives or emcees will draw the tickets for all prizes. 
  12. Participants or their designee must be present to win. No exceptions. 
  13. The winning Wynn Rewards Number will be repeated at least three (3) times and displayed on monitors in Encore Ballroom.
  14. Participants may win more than one (1) prize during the Event; however, may only win one (1) prize from each Game.  At the completion of each Game, all tickets will go back into the drawing drum for subsequent Games. 
  15. Lucky Drawing tickets will be drawn until eight (8) eligible players are selected during each Game. 
  16. A minimum of eight (8) eligible participants are required for each of the Games to take place.  If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel or modify the Game or prize structure of the Game. 
  17. If a player’s name is drawn and they are not present or have already been selected to participate in that particular Game, another Drawing ticket will be drawn until an eligible winner is selected.
  18. For the Keep it or Trade it Game , all participants who are drawn will receive a prize of 5,000 in Wynn Las Vegas non-negotiable promotional chips (“Promotional Chips”). Each player drawn will then get the chance to keep the 5,000 Promotional Chips or select a new briefcase at random for the chance to win 5,000, 8,000, 10,000, 25,000, 50,000 in Promotional Chips.
  19. If the player selects the briefcase, they forfeit the initially offered prize of 5,000 in Promotional Chips. 
  20. Each player may only select (1) briefcase. 
  21. For the Clinko Game , all participants who are drawn will receive a prize of 5,000 in Promotional Chips. In addition to receiving the prize of 5,000 in Promotional Chips, each player drawn will be given one (1) round flat disc (the “Clinko Chip”) and get a chance to win an additional 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, 25,000, or 50,000 in Promotional Chips.   
  22. Each player will receive one (1) Clinko Chip. The player will hand their Clinko Chip to the designated Clinko Board Attendant (the “Attendant”) and the player will select one of ten (10) slots at the top of the Clinko Board where the Attendant will drop the player’s Clinko Chip. The Attendant will lay the player’s Clinko Chip flat against the top of the Clinko Board above player’s selected slot and release (the “drop”) it. As the Clinko Chip falls, it will bounce through the matrix of pegs until it lands at the bottom of the Clinko Board. At the bottom of the Clinko Board are nine (9) slots marked with Promotional Chip amounts (in order): (1) 10,000, (2) 5,000, (3) 25,000, (4) 5,000, (5) 50,000, (6) 5,000 (7) 15,000 (8) 10,000 (9) 15,000. The player will win the prize corresponding with the slot in which the Clinko Chip lands. 
  23. If a Clinko Chip becomes stuck on the Clinko Board, it will be dislodged by a Wynn Las Vegas Representative and the drop will not count. The Clinko Chip will be returned to the player and the player will have the chance to play again.
  24. In the event that the Clinko Board is touched during a drop, the drop will be considered invalid, and the player must play again.
  25. For the Wynn Big Wheel Game , all participants who are drawn will receive a prize of 5,000 in Promotional Chips. In addition to receiving the prize of 5,000 in Promotional Chips, each player drawn will spin the Wynn Fortune wheel one (1) time each for a chance to win an additional 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, 20,000, 25,000 or 50,000 in Promotional Chips.
  26. The wheel must make one (1) complete rotation in order for the spin to be valid. If the wheel does not complete one (1) rotation, the spin will be considered invalid, and the guest must spin again. If the wheel stops between 2 quantities, player will be allowed to spin again.
  27. In the event that the wheel is touched during a spin, the spin will be considered invalid, and the player must spin again.
  28. Winner of the GOLD VIP Drawing must claim their prize(s) at the drawing table in the Encore Ballroom any time between 7:30 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, February 2, 2025. All prizes not claimed by the end of the Event, 11:59 p.m. (approx.) on Sunday, February 2, 2025, will be forfeited.  If a prize is forfeited, no alternate winner will be chosen.
  29. Distribution of prizes:            RED Lucky Drawing and Giveaways:
    • Keep it or Trade it
      • Eight (8) prizes of 5,000 each in Promotional Chips or a chance to trade for a different prize
    • Clinko
      • Eight (8) prizes of 5,000 each in Promotional Chips plus one (1) Clinko Chip drop
    • Wynn Big Wheel
      • Eight (8) prizes of 5,000 each in Promotional Chips plus one (1) Wynn Big Wheel spin
      GOLDVIP Drawing:
    • One (1) 2025 McLaren Artura or $300,000 in Promotional Chips
  30. Winners choosing the automobile prize are responsible for any applicable taxes, title, registration, licensing and documentation fees associated with the purchase of the automobile. Taxes, title and documentation fees will be collected by the dealership, along with proof of insurance, prior to winner taking possession of the automobile.
  31. All prizes are non-transferable. 
  32. All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
  33. Winners are responsible for verifying prize payment amounts prior to signing prize payout slips and accepting prizes.
  34. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees.
  35. With the exception of the automobile prizes, all Lunar New Year Lucky Drawings prizes are paid in Promotional Chips. 
  36. Promotional Chips may be used to place wagers on all live table games and will be paid the same as live chips with the exception of roulette games where only even money wagers can be placed. Wagering with Promotional Chips can continue until lost. Promotional Chips do not have a value outside of wagering and cannot be used for tipping. Tips given in Promotional Chips must be returned to the player. If a Promotional Chip is retained as a tip, the value will be zero. Wynn Las Vegas does not permit off-setting wagers with Promotional Chips. 
  37. A wager made with Promotional Chips which is substantially above the player’s established maximum wager requires approval by Wynn Las Vegas Senior Management.
  38. Collusion between participants will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification.
  39. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Lunar New Year Lucky Drawings .
  40. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts ® , its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Lunar New Year Lucky Drawings . 
  41. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Lunar New Year Lucky Drawings in its sole discretion without prior notice or liability. 
  42. Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts. Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards.  The Wynn behavior standards and applicable policies can be accessed at  www.wynnlasvegas.com . In the event a participant or their guests are prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies or trespassed from property for non-compliance with such policies, participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Lunar New Year Lucky Drawings  and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Lunar New Year Lucky Drawings .
  43. The  Lunar New Year Lucky Drawings  and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statues 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and, subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management shall be deemed final.
