LOCALS BREAKFAST BUFFET SLOT PROMOTION 

Terms and Conditions 

September 9 – October 10, 2021

1.    The Locals Breakfast Buffet Slot Promotion (the “Promotion”) is limited to “local” Wynn Rewards members playing at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore”). Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Wynn Rewards card and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Wynn Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.

2.    “Local” Wynn Rewards members are defined as those individuals with a physical home address located in the greater Las Vegas area verified via a valid Nevada government issued photo ID on file in the Wynn Rewards database.

3.    Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Promotion in its sole discretion.

4.    Participants who earn 500 slot points while playing eligible reel slots and video poker machines with their Wynn Rewards card inserted at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore, during a Promotional Period Week, defined below, will be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary breakfast at The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas (“Slot Promo Prize”). The Slot Promo Prize is valid for redemption one (1) time during The Buffet breakfast hours of 8:00 a.m. through 10:00 a.m., Thursday through Monday, and must be redeemed within twenty-four (24) hours of when participant claims the Slot Promo Prize in the Kiosk.

5.    The weekly period during the Promotion for participant to earn a Slot Promo Prize begins at 12:01 a.m. on Thursdays (September 9, 16, 23, 30 and October 7) and ends at 11:00 p.m. on Sundays (September 12, 19, 26, October 3 and 10) (each a “Promotional Period Week”).

6.    Slot points earned outside of each Promotional Period Week will not be counted towards eligibility for a Slot Promo Prize.

7.    There is a maximum of two (2) Slot Promo Prizes per each Promotional Period Week, per participant, regardless of how many times a participant earns 500 slot points during that Promotional Period Week. 

8.    To claim their Slot Promo Prize, eligible participants must swipe their Wynn Rewards card on a Wynn Rewards promotional kiosk (the “Kiosk”), located on the casino floor, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. during the applicable Promotional Period Week, and enter their PIN number to access the “Locals Breakfast Buffet Slot Promotion” virtual giveaway in the Promotions menu. Then participant will select the Promotion icon to claim that week’s Slot Promo Prize. A receipt will print from the Kiosk but is not needed for Slot Promo Prize redemption; Slot Promo Prize will automatically upload to participant’s Wynn Rewards account.

9.    The Promotion is not available outside of each Promotional Period Week. Participants who do not claim their Slot Promo Prize in the Kiosk before 11:00 p.m. at the end of each applicable Promotional Period Week will forfeit that Slot Promo Prize.

10.  To redeem their Slot Promo Prize, participants must present their Wynn Rewards card and valid government issued ID at The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas during The Buffet breakfast hours, Thursday through Tuesday, not more than twenty-four (24) hours after the Slot Promo Prize was claimed in the Kiosk. Slot Promo Prizes not redeemed twenty-four (24) hours after being claimed in the Kiosk will be void and forfeited; no refunds will be given.

11.  Slot Promo Prize is only valid for breakfast at The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas. Slot Promo Prize is redeemable one (1) times only and must be used in its entirety during one (1) transaction. Slot Promo Prize excludes brunch, lunch, dinner, gratuity, alcohol, the Endless Pour Package, and VIP Buffet Packages; any additional charges will be the responsibility of participant. Featured venue is subject to change in Wynn Las Vegas’ sole discretion without notice or liability. While not required, reservations are highly recommended as blackout dates or times may apply and seating may be limited and not guaranteed to be available before the redemption period of the Slot Promo Prize expires. 12.  If The Buffet is closed during a Promotional Period Week which does not allow a guest to redeem their Slot Promo Prize in accordance with these terms and condition, participant may visit the Wynn Rewards desk for an alternative breakfast option at Management’s sole discretion. All other restrictions, including but not limited to redemption expirations and dates and times, will apply.

13.  Participants are responsible for inserting their Wynn Rewards Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Wynn Rewards Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Wynn Rewards Card.

14.  It is participant's responsibility to regularly check that the bezel around the Wynn Rewards card reader is a solid green indicating participant is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. Participant's Wynn Rewards card will timeout and the bezel will turn yellow and blink indicating an inactive status when participant's play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a Wynn Rewards card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly.

15.  Slot play not associated with a Wynn Rewards Card will not earn slot points.

16.  Slot points will be officially earned only after a player’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a player’s, and any linked account’s, Wynn Rewards Card is removed.

17.  Participants and any linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own play to participate in this Promotion; slot points may not be combined to increase eligibility for the Promotion. Linked accounts are defined as legacy accounts that are still connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.

18.  Live table games or poker play, electronic table games play regardless if played in the live dealer mode, or race and sports betting are not eligible for earning slot points.

19.  In case of a dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Rewards Desk representative immediately.

20.  This offer is non-transferable.

21.  Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be exchanged, or substituted and may not be claimed or redeemed by anyone other than participant.

22.  Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

23.  Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

24.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.

25.  Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

26.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

27.  Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion.

28.  A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Promotion, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

29.  The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.
