Promotional Chips: Promo Chips included in this offer are limited to Wynn Rewards members and only available for use at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas live table games. Electronic table games, live poker and slot machines are not eligible. To redeem Promo Chips, guest must present a government issued photo ID at the Wynn or Encore Las Vegas casino cage where guest’s offer will be verified and the amount specified in the offer will be given in promotional chips. Cage is open 24/7. Promo Chips are non-transferable and will not be exchanged or replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Promo Chip denominations are predetermined based on offer, are not interchangeable and may not be exchanged for cash, live chips or bet-until-you-lose promotional chips. Promo Chips may be used to place wagers on all live table games and will be paid the same as live chips with the exception of roulette games where only even money wagers can be placed. RESORTCREDIT: The RESORTCREDIT included with this offer is valid toward items charged to your room at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas during your qualified stay, excluding room rate and tax, resort fee and tax, Encore Beach Club, La Cave – Wine & Food Hideaway, Urth Caffé, Cipriani, Delilah, retail items, casino play, and gratuities. The RESORTCREDIT will not show on your guest folio, but rather will be automatically applied. Any costs over and above the RESORTCREDIT will appear on your guest folio and are the responsibility of guest. Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms is four (4) guests.  A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.  If room nights are purchased beyond the number of complimentary room nights set forth in the offer, a deposit of one (1) night of room and tax (if applicable) will be charged at the time of booking and cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and resort fees (if applicable) and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino.  Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.
