AUGUST GIFT OF THE WEEK PROMOTION 

Terms and Conditions 


August 2 – 26, 2021

 

1.    The August Gift of the Week (the “Promotion”) is limited to invited Wynn Rewards members playing at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore”). Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Wynn Rewards card and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Wynn Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.

2.    Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Promotion in its sole discretion.

3.    Participants who earn 1,000 slot points while playing eligible reel slots and video poker machines with their Wynn Rewards card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore, during a Promotional Period Week, defined below, will earn a $50 DININGCREDIT to redeem for breakfast, lunch or brunch at the specified Wynn Las Vegas or Encore restaurant, (the “Gift of the Week” or “Gift”) noted in the schedule below.

4.    The weekly period for participant to earn a “Gift of the Week” during the Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. on Mondays (August 2, 9, 16, and 23) and ends at 11:00 p.m. on Thursdays (August 5, 12, 19 and 26), (each a “Promotional Period Week”).

5.    Slot points earned outside of each Promotional Period Week will not be counted towards eligibility for a “Gift of the Week”.

6.    There is a maximum of one (1) ”Gift of the Week” per each Promotional Period Week, per participant, regardless of how many times a participant earns 1,000 slot points during that Promotional Period Week.

7.    To claim their “Gift of the Week”, eligible participants who earned the required 1,000 slot points must swipe their Wynn Rewards card on a Wynn Rewards casino kiosk (the “Kiosk”), located on the Wynn Las Vegas casino floor, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. during the applicable Promotional Period Week, and enter their PIN number to access the “Gift of the Week” virtual giveaway in the Promotions menu. Then participant will select the Promotion icon to claim that week’s Gift. A receipt will print from the Kiosk stating the venue and Gift amount.

8.    The “Gift of the Week” virtual giveaway is not available outside of each Promotional Period Week. Participants who do not claim their “Gift of the Week” in the Kiosk before the end of each applicable Promotional Period Week will forfeit that Gift.

9.    Gifts will automatically upload to participant’s Wynn Rewards account after they have claimed their “Gift of the Week” in the Kiosk. Participants must present their Wynn Rewards card and valid government issued ID at the applicable venue for Gift redemption. Gift must be redeemed during the applicable venue’s hours of operation for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Gift is not valid for dinner. Gift expires 24 hours after Gift is claimed in the Kiosk. Gifts not used within 24 hours after issuance will be void and forfeited.

10.  Gift redemption is only valid for a maximum of fifty dollars ($50) in DININGCREDIT at the featured venue of the week, redeemable one (1) time, excludes gratuity and alcohol, and must be used in its entirety during one (1) breakfast, lunch or brunch. Featured venue is subject to change in Wynn Las Vegas’ sole discretion without notice or liability. Any unused portions of the Gift will be forfeited and not refunded. Any amounts over and above the $50 DININGCREDIT will be responsibility of winner. While not required, reservations are highly recommended as blackout dates or times may apply and seating may be limited and not guaranteed to be available before the redemption period of the Gift expires. 11.  Participants are responsible for inserting their Wynn Rewards Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Wynn Rewards Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Wynn Rewards Card.

12.  It is participant's responsibility to regularly check that the bezel around the Wynn Rewards card reader is a solid green indicating participant is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. Participant's Wynn Rewards card will timeout and the bezel will turn yellow and blink indicating an inactive status when participant's play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a Wynn Rewards card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly.

13.  Slot play not associated with a Wynn Rewards Card will not earn slot points.

14.  Slot Points will be officially earned only after a player’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a player’s, and any linked account’s, Wynn Rewards Card is removed.

15.  Participants and any linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own play to participate in this Promotion; slot points may not be combined to increase eligibility for the “Gift of the Week”. Linked accounts are defined as legacy accounts that are still connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.

16.  Live table games or poker play, electronic table games play, or race and sports betting are not eligible for earning slot points.

17.  In case of a dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Rewards Desk representative immediately.

18.  This offer is non-transferable.

19.  Gifts are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be exchanged, or substituted and may not be claimed or redeemed by anyone other than participant.

20.  Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

21.  Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

22.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.

23.  Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

24.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

25.  Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion.

26.  A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Promotion, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

27.  The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.
