500,000 Slot Points Drawing

Terms and Conditions 

February 23, 2021 – February 26, 2021

1.             The Wynn Rewards Kiosk Promotion, 500,000 Slot Points Drawing (the “Promotion”) is limited to invited Wynn Rewards members based on their individual offer. Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Wynn Rewards card and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Wynn Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.

2.             Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Promotion in its sole discretion.

3.             Participants are eligible to earn virtual entries for the Promotion drawing (the “Virtual Drawing”) to be held on Friday, February 26, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. taking place in a virtual drum in the Wynn Las Vegas Wynn Rewards Kiosk.  

4.             Participants will be awarded one (1) Virtual Drawing entry for every 50 slot points earned while playing participating reel slots or video poker machines with their Wynn Rewards Card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore”) from 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 through 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2021 (the “Earning Period”). Participants can monitor how many Virtual Drawing entries they have earned by selecting the “Wynn Rewards Virtual Drawing” tile at any Wynn Rewards kiosk.

5.             Live and electronic table games, card games, and race and sports play or activity are not eligible for purposes of this Promotion.

6.             Virtual Drawing entries may not be earned after 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2021. No exceptions.

7.             Virtual Drawing entries will automatically be entered prior to the start of the Drawing. Activation by participant is not required.

8.             Participants are eligible to earn Virtual Drawing entries more than once during the Promotional Period. Each 50 slot points earned by a participant during the Earning Period will equal one (1) entry into the Virtual Drawing; there is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn during the Earning Period.

9.             Each participant is eligible to win one (1) prize only.

10.         All Promotion prizes will be awarded in the form of Wynn Rewards slot points (“Slot Points”). Slot Points prizes will automatically be loaded onto Winner’s Wynn Rewards account immediately after the Virtual Drawing. Participants are not required to be present at the time of the Virtual Drawing to be eligible to win. Ultimately it is participant’s responsibility to confirm if they won by contacting checking the winner’s list, posted at the Wynn Rewards desk.

11.         Prizes will be drawn for in descending order.

12.         Participant and linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own slot play to be eligible to earn virtual Drawing tickets; slot points cannot be combined. Linked accounts are defined as accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.

13.         In case of a dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Rewards Desk representative immediately.

14.         Slot Points prizes may be converted into Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT (500 slot points = $5 in FREECREDIT) for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire at the Wynn Rewards Desk for details.

15.         Slot Points prizes expire at 11:59 p.m. on February 26, 2022.

16.         Participants are responsible for inserting their Wynn Rewards Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Wynn Rewards Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Wynn Rewards Card. Slot play not associated with a Wynn Rewards Card will not earn slot points in the Promotion. During the Earning Period, slot points will be officially earned only after a participant’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a participant’s (and their linked account, if applicable) Wynn Rewards Card is removed.

17.         Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

18.         All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be exchanged or substituted and may not be claimed or redeemed by anyone other than participant.

19.         Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

20.         Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

21.         Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.

22.         Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

23.         Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion.

24.         A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Promotion, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

25.         The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.

All prizes will be awarded in the form of Wynn Rewards Slot Points. Prizes and prize structure are subject to change, and odds of winning will vary, based on the number of participants and entries.
