Terms & Conditions

1. Wynn Las Vegas Product Promotion is limited to ”local” Red Card members who i) receive an invitation to participate and ii) qualify by earning a minimum of 300 slot points while playing slots with their Red Card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore”) during one of the weekly redemption earning periods.
2. Local Red Card members are defined as those individuals with a physical home address located in the greater Las Vegas area verified via a valid Nevada government issued photo ID on file in the Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.
3. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Wynn Las Vegas Product Promotion in its sole discretion.
4. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to invite “local” Red Card members to collect a Weekly Gift (as defined below) without qualifying to participate as set forth in Section 1 of these Terms & Conditions.
5. The slot point earning period to qualify for a gift each week during the promotion period begins Wednesdays (September 30th, October 7th, 14th and 21st) at 12:01 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. on Sundays (October 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th).
6. Participants will have a chance to collect all four (4) pieces of a travel essential bag set with one (1) identified piece of the set to be offered and available for pick up each week (the “Weekly Gift”). Weekly Gifts can be picked up at Registration Desk 3, located in the Wynn convention space (“Redemption Area”) on these Gift Redemption dates and times.

7. Points earned after respective weekly redemption dates and times are closed will not be counted towards the following week’s gift.
8. There is a maximum one (1) gift per week, per participant, regardless of the number of slot points earned.
9. Supplies are limited and available on a first come first serve basis. There will be no rainchecks.
10. Wynn Las Vegas makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Weekly Gift furnished in connection with the Wynn Las Vegas Product Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH WEEKLY GIFTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND WYNN LAS VEGAS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Weekly Gifts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted, sold, bartered or exchanged. Brand, style, size and color are not guaranteed.
11. Lost, stolen or destroyed gifts will not be replaced.
12. If an advertised gift is not available, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to substitute it with another gift of equal value at its sole discretion.
13. Points accumulated from a linked account are not eligible for redemption on the invited participant’s account.
14. Linked accounts are defined as accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.
15. Participants must present a valid Nevada government issued photo ID to claim their weekly gift.
16. Participants are responsible for inserting their Red Card into the slot machine correctly.
17. Participants who insert their Red Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Red Card.
18. Slot play not associated with a Red Card will not be included in the Wynn Las Vegas Product Promotion.
19. Points will be officially earned only after a participant’s and any linked account’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a participant’s or linked account’s Red Card is removed.
20. This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer.
21. Points earned during another Wynn Las Vegas or Encore tournament, special event or promotion during the Earning Period utilized by participant will not count towards participant’s point requirement for the Wynn Las Vegas Product Promotion.
22. Taxes and all other fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the participant.
23. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.
24. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Wynn Las Vegas Product Promotion.
25. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Wynn Las Vegas Product Promotion.
26. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change Wynn Las Vegas Product Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
27. Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Wynn Las Vegas Product Promotion and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Wynn Las Vegas Product Promotion.
28. A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Program, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
29. The Wynn Las Vegas Product Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statues 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management which shall be deemed final.
