Reservations are limited to one (1) bedroom or two (2) bedroom Wynn Las Vegas Fairway Villas, subject to availability, may only be booked for two (2) consecutive nights per trip, and are only available on select dates from June 22, 2020 through September 3, 2020. Dates subject to change. Blackout dates may apply. The two (2) night stay must be completed on or before September 3, 2020. Consecutive reservations may not be booked for this promotion. For the one (1) bedroom Fairway Villa, a two (2) night minimum stay is required to receive one (1) complimentary 18-hole round of golf for one (1) person at Wynn Golf Club. For the two (2) bedroom Fairway Villa, a two (2) night minimum stay is required to receive two (2) complimentary 18-hole rounds of golf for one (1) person at Wynn Golf Club. This offer is only available for a two (2) night stay and any additional nights over and above the two (2) night stay booked under this offer must be booked separately by guest. The applicable one (1) or two (2) complimentary 18-hole round(s) of golf for one (1) person at Wynn Golf Club must be utilized during the same two (2) consecutive night stay booked under this offer. Round of Golf: Offer is limited to the applicable one (1) or two (2) complimentary 18-hole round(s) of golf for one (1) person at Wynn Golf Club on select dates. Offer is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply.  One (1) round of golf includes loaner clubs for participant, one (1) golf cart, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and one (1) caddie.  Gratuities are not included. Wynn Golf Club rules will apply, including without limitation dress code and appropriate conduct.  The one (1) or two (2) complimentary round(s) of golf is non-transferrable and participant must be present during the time of reservation(s). Any unused round of golf booked under this promotion will be forfeited upon checkout and is not redeemable at a later date or refundable.

Roundtrip Airport Transfers:  A stay in a one (1) or two (2) bedroom Fairway Villa includes complimentary private roundtrip ground transportation between McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada and Wynn Las Vegas. Complimentary roundtrip transportation is for up to a maximum four (4) passengers. Transportation for any additional passengers over and above four (4) passenger maximum shall be the responsibility of guest. Driver gratuity is not included.

24-Hour Butler Service: A stay in a one (1) or two (2) bedroom Fairway Villa includes 24-hour white glove butler service for the duration of your stay. Butler gratuity not included.

Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: A $50 surcharge per guest will be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit for the one (1) bedroom Fairway Villa or the four (4) person limit for the two (2) bedroom Fairway Villa. A deposit of the full package value including tax will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus a minimum of $500 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.
