2020 Escape Travel Package Terms and Conditions

Reservations are available for a Wynn Resort King room, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, and are only available on select dates from June 4, 2020 through July 31, 2020.  Blackout dates may apply. Guest must prepay package total, including without limitation, flight, room and tax for entire stay. Complimentary upgrade to a Wynn Tower Suite King room at the time of reservation is based on availability.  The two (2) night stay must be completed on or before July 31, 2020. Consecutive reservations may not be booked for this promotion. One (1) night minimum stay is required to receive the $50 DININGCREDIT.


Resort Fee: A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your room account for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls; standby valet parking access and a 24-hour elevator lobby security team for enhanced guest safety. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. The total shown for your online reservation or in your confirmation email, as applicable, does not include this daily fee.


Air Transportation: Air transportation is limited to a JSX round-trip on current operating routes and must be booked at the time of booking package. Guest is responsible for any fees to change the reservation, including without limitation, any change fees or charges for excess or overweight baggage. Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: A $50 surcharge per guest will be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit in the hotel room. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date or package total, including without limitation, room cost and airfare, will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus a minimum of $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in at Wynn.  


DININGCREDIT: Offer is limited to the DININGCREDIT amount set forth in the offer during a stay booked under this offer. The DININGCREDIT is valid toward food and beverage items charged to your room at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas during your stay excluding Urth Caffé, Cipriani, La Cave – Wine & Food Hideaway, Encore Beach Club, retail items, and gratuities. Availability to redeem the DININGCREDIT at the applicable Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas dining establishments is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.  DININGCREDIT must be charged to your room at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas during your stay. The DININGCREDIT will not show on your guest folio; it will be automatically applied. Any costs over and above the DININGCREDIT will appear on your guest folio as “Package Overage”. Any unused DININGCREDIT will be forfeited upon checkout, will not be refunded, and has no cash value. If a guest uses any DININGCREDIT and checks out before the first (1st) night’s stay, guest will be subject to a charge equal to the amount of DININGCREDIT used by the guest prior to checkout.
