$100,000 Warm-Up Poker Tournament
Friday, June 23, 2017
1. The $100,000 Warm-Up Poker Tournament (“Poker Tournament”) is limited to invited guests who have received a confirmed tournament registration and seat assignment from Event Registration on Friday, June 23, 2017 between 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., located in the Chairman’s Salon at Wynn Las Vegas.
2. The Poker Tournament will take place on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 6:45 p.m. in the Chairman’s Salon at Wynn Las Vegas.
3. A minimum of twenty (20) participants is required in order for the Poker Tournament to take place. If the minimum number participants is not reached for the Poker Tournament, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel the Poker Tournament without notice.
4. In the event the Poker Tournament is cancelled, each player qualified to participate in the Poker Tournament will instead have one (1) drawing ticket automatically placed into a drawing drum for a drawing to be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 6:45 p.m. (approx.) in the Chairman’s Salon to award the Poker Tournament prizes. Eligible Poker Tournament players must be present to win the drawing. Seven (7) drawing tickets will be drawn from the drawing drum. If a player’s name is drawn and they are not present, another drawing ticket will be drawn until seven (7) eligible players are selected. The first prize drawing winner will receive $25,000 in Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT, the second through fourth prize drawing winners will receive $15,000 each in Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT and the fifth through seventh prize drawing winners will receive $10,000 each in Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT. Winners will be required to immediately choose between receiving their prize in Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT.
5. Each player who participates in the Poker Tournament must be present at least ten (10) minutes prior to the start of the Poker Tournament. Each player will be issued a Table Assignment Card with their table and position noted on it at the Event Registration that must be presented to Poker Tournament Staff at their assigned table prior to the commencement of play.
6. Each player will start with 10,000 in Poker Tournament chips. Poker Tournament chips may not be used for any other purpose and must be returned to Wynn Las Vegas at the end of the Poker Tournament. Poker Tournament chips have no cash value.
7. There will be no Re-buys or Add-ons allowed in the Poker Tournament.
8. The Poker Tournament will use a No-Limit Texas Hold ?em freeze out format. There will be a redraw for seating and a redraw for the button placement at the final table. Poker Tournament play will use a dead button.
9. The number of tables used will be determined by the total number of players. Poker Tournament Staff shall use its best efforts to uniformly distribute the number of players per table.
10. Tables are coordinated. Players going from a broken table to fill in seats assume the rights and responsibilities of the seat. Players moved during table coordinating will be moved from the big blind to the worst position.
11. Standard Poker Tournament Directors Association and Wynn Las Vegas poker rules apply unless in conflict with the Poker Tournament rules, in which case the Poker Tournament rules shall prevail.
12. The Floor Person or Tournament Director is to consider the best interests of the game and fairness as the top priority in the decision-making process. Unusual circumstances can, on occasion, dictate that decisions in the interest of fairness take priority over the technical rules.
13. A player must be at their seat when the first card is dealt on the initial deal or the player will have a dead hand. “At their seat” means within reach of the player’s chair.
14. In the event a player is not in their seat once tournament play begins they will be blinded off until they arrive or until the start of level 4, whichever occurs first. If at the start of level 4 the player has still not arrived, their Poker Tournament chips will be removed from play and the player will be eliminated.
15. When raising, the player must either put the amount of the raise out in one motion or state their raise amount. If the player states the amount, the player may make more than one motion.
16. All cards will be turned face up once a player is all-in and all action is complete.
17. A player who exposes his cards during the play MAY incur a penalty, but will not have his hand killed.
18. Anytime when facing a bet or a blind, placing a single oversized Poker Tournament chip in the pot is a call if a raise isn’t first verbally declared. To raise with an oversized Poker Tournament chip, raise must be declared before the Poker Tournament chip hits the table surface. If raise is declared (but no amount), the raise is the maximum allowable for that Poker Tournament chip. When not facing a bet or a blind, placing an oversized Poker Tournament chip in the pot without declaration is a bet of the maximum for that Poker Tournament chip.
19. Verbal declarations as to the content of a player's hand are not binding; however at management's discretion, any player deliberately miscalling his hand may be penalized.
20. Verbal declarations in turn are binding. Action out of turn may be binding.
21. Dealers cannot kill a winning hand that was turned face up and was the winning hand.
22. If a dealer kills an unprotected hand, the player will have no redress and will not be entitled to his money back.
23. All Poker Tournament chips must be visibly displayed at all times. Players shall not have Poker Tournament chips in their pockets at any time. A player who has Poker Tournament chips in his/her pocket will forfeit those Poker Tournament chips.
24. Levels may be adjusted, at the discretion of the event staff, to accommodate Poker Tournament time limit.
25. A player who wants to talk on a cellular phone or use a handheld telecommunications device must step away from the table. Players may not use cellphones or handheld telecommunications devices while the player has a hand in play. No cellphones or handheld telecommunications devices will be allowed at the final table. At the Tournament Director’s discretion, this rule may be extended to other periods of tournament play.
26. Friendly conversation is permitted during the Poker Tournament, but coaching is NOT allowed. Communication, either verbal or visual (e.g. signaling), will not be permitted between players and spectators. Failure to comply may result in penalties including disqualification and forfeiture of any prize money.
27. English is the official tournament language. Conversations between players in any other language will not be permitted while a hand is in play. Failure to comply may result in penalties up to disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
28. A penalty MAY be invoked if a player exposes any card with action pending, throws a card off the table, violates the one-player-to-a-hand rule, or similar incidents take place. Penalties WILL be invoked in cases of soft play, abuse, or disruptive behavior. Penalties available to the Tournament Director or Floor Person include verbal warnings and “missed hand” penalties. Except for a one-hand penalty, missed hand penalties will be assessed as follows: The offender will miss one hand for every player, including the offender, who is at the table when the penalty is given multiplied by the number of rounds specified in the penalty. For the period of the penalty, the offender shall remain away from the table but will continue to be dealt in. Tournament Director or Floor Person can assess a one-hand penalty, one-round, two-round, three-round, four-round penalty or disqualification. A player who is disqualified shall have his or her chips removed from play. Repeat infractions are subject to escalating penalties.
29. Collusion between players will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification.
30. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to suspend the Poker Tournament for review purposes in the event a Poker Tournament chip count has been conducted and Wynn Las Vegas Management believes the Poker Tournament chip count has been compromised.
31. Smoking is NOT permitted at the Poker Tournament tables.
32. No substitute players will be allowed.
33. In case of a dispute, it is the player’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of the Tournament Director or Floor Person before the next hand is dealt.
34. A player may be eliminated from play if the player is in violation of any of the Poker Tournament rules, or the player voluntarily withdraws.
35. All Poker Tournament Prizes will be paid in either Wynn Las Vegas non-negotiable promotional chips (“Promotional Chips”) or Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT (“FREECREDIT”).
36. Winners will be required to immediately choose between receiving the prize in Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT. If a winner does not choose their Poker Tournament prize by the end of the Poker Tournament on Friday, June 23, 2017, at approximately 8:30 p.m. their prize will be paid in Promotional Chips.
37. Promotional Chips may be used to place wagers on all live table games and will be paid the same as live chips with the exception of Roulette games where only even money wagers can be placed. Wagering with Promotional Chips can continue until lost. Promotional Chips do not have a value outside of wagering and cannot be used for tipping. Tips given in Promotional Chips must be returned to the player; if a Promotional Chip is retained as a tip the value will be zero. Wynn Las Vegas does not permit off-setting wagers with Promotional Chips.
38. A wager made with Promotional Chips which is substantially above the player’s established maximum wager requires approval by Senior Management of Wynn Las Vegas.
39. FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Red Card Desk for details.

Participants who insert their Red Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Red Card. Slot play not associated with a Red Card will not be included in Bootlegger Bingo criteria qualification. Points will be officially earned only after a participant’s and any linked account’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a participant’s or linked account’s Red Card is removed.
6. Each participant may also earn one (1) bonus Bootlegger Bingo pack if they register at Event Registration on Friday, June 23, 2017 between 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., located in the Chairman’s Salon at Wynn.
7. Participants must participate in Bootlegger Bingo to be eligible to win a Bootlegger Bingo prize.
8. Each Bootlegger Bingo pack includes one (1) bingo dauber per person, six (6) sheets of bingo paper which has two (2) bingo cards (“Cards”) on each sheet, and instruction sheets describing the bingo patterns to be played.
9. There will be a total of eight (8) individual bingo games played. Before each bingo game begins the bingo caller will identify which bingo pattern will be required to win.
10. The bingo caller will then start drawing balls from the bingo cage. The bingo caller will announce the letter and number on the ball that was selected and the ball will be displayed on a video screen for all participants to view. Participants with the corresponding letter and number will mark their Cards appropriately with the bingo daubers. Only the called numbers should be marked on the Card.
11. The participant(s) who completes the necessary winning bingo pattern for that game must yell “BINGO” and raise their hand. It is participants’ responsibility to make sure they are heard and seen by Tournament Staff when the applicable last letter and number is called and before the next letter and number is called. The bingo caller will only pause a few seconds between each drawn ball. If a participant calls “BINGO” too late, their Card will be considered void and will not be eligible to win that game’s prize.
12. Each game will be considered as ended upon Tournament Staff’s verification of a winning card(s).
13. All participants are eligible to win the $5,000 Bonus Bingo Ball prize. At the start of Bootlegger Bingo, the bingo caller will draw and announce which bingo ball will be designated as the $5,000 Bonus Bingo Ball.

16. The $5,000 Bonus Bingo Ball prize can only be won once.
17. A $5,000 Bonus Bingo Ball prize is not a guaranteed prize and if not won during any of the Bootlegger Bingo games, will not be awarded to anyone.
18. In the event there are multiple winners of any Bootlegger Bingo game, including the $5,000 Bonus Bingo Ball, the applicable prize will be split equally among the winning participants.
19. Any Bootlegger Bingo pack, card or face that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these terms and conditions is automatically void.

If a registered participant is not coded to a Casino Host, they will be assigned to the Casino Host who booked their reservation. If a Casino Host is not present at the event, a Domestic Marketing employee will be assigned to play on behalf of the Casino Host. Participants are eligible to win one (1) bounty prize per game as applicable.
22. If a Bounty wins a game on the $5,000 Bonus Bingo Ball, the $5,000 prize will not be paid for that game, but will be available for future games, if applicable.
