23. The “Super Match” wager is a side bet based on the player’s initial four (4) cards. The “Super Match” wager allows the player an opportunity to bet the odds of receiving a pair or better on any combination of their initial four (4) cards:

- Three of a kind pays 5 to 1
- Two (2) pairs pay 8 to 1

An insurance wager is limited to up to half of the original wager per hand.
28. Players can bet Insurance for less than 1,000 in Tournament chips, but not more than half their original bet. Players will only receive one (1) card per ace and must be placed perpendicular to the original cards, without covering up the center pip.
35. When the Dealer has completed action on both of the player’s hands, the Dealer will move to the next player in rotation and offer the same betting options.
36. When the Dealer has acted on all players’ hands, the Dealer shall play out the Dealer’s hand in the same manner as regular Blackjack, except when the Dealer’s hand totals 22. If the Dealer’s hand is a total of 22 then all of the remaining players’ wagers on the table are pushed.

Cards will be dealt face up.

39. A card that is accidentally exposed will not be used during that hand, or used to start the next hand.
40. Once the player completes the hand they must wave off the Dealer. Once the Dealer is waved, the hand is final.
41. On the last hand of each round, there is no maximum bet. Players may bet their entire bankroll as long as bets on both hands are equal.
42. Once a bet is placed it cannot be changed or touched, except by the Dealer to collect or pay. All bets must be placed in the circle in one motion.
43. Dealer Hits on Soft 17.
44. If a player has less than 2,000 in Tournament chips left at the start of a hand, they will be eliminated from the table.
45. After the last hand of each round, a chip count will determine the ranking for that round.
46. If there is a tie affecting advancement into the next round, each player tied will receive 10,000 total in Tournament chips to be used on a Secret Bet. Each tied player will secretly wager an amount on each of their two (2) hands based upon standard Tournament wager rules. Each player’s Secret Bet amount must be the same for both hands. The Casino Service Team Lead will verify the Tournament chips. The winner of the Secret Bet will advance to the next Round. In the event that a winner cannot be determined, additional hands will follow until a winner can be determined.
47. Re-Buys: Players will be allowed to Re-Buy after the 5th and 8th hands of Round One, Round Two and the Semi-Final Round and after the 5th and 10th hands of the Final Round (the “Re-Buy Hands”) for a total of two (2) Re-Buys per round. Re-Buys will cost: $300 during Round One, Round Two and Semi-Final Round and $500 during the Final Round. All Re-Buys purchased will go to the house. The Re-Buys must be purchased with cash or Wynn Las Vegas casino chips only. Players will receive an additional 20,000 in Tournament chips for each Re-Buy they purchase. The Dealer will open up the opportunity for players to Re-Buy after all wagers have been acted upon during the Re-Buy Rounds. Players that run out of Tournament chips during the Re-Buy Hands are eligible to Re-Buy following the corresponding Re-Buy Hand. Players eliminated prior to a Re-Buy Hand are not eligible to Re-Buy. Players must give a verbal verification if the player would like to Re-Buy. Once confirmation is given, the Casino Service Team Lead will place a lammer on the table corresponding to the player and upon verification of Re-Buy purchase funds, 20,000 in Tournament chips will be issued. Once all Re-Buys have been confirmed, the Dealer will close the opportunity for Re-Buy and the round will proceed with the next hand.

If a minimum number of twenty (20) players is not reached for the Warm-Up Poker Tournament, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel the Warm-Up Poker Tournament without notice. In the event the Warm-Up Poker Tournament is cancelled, players qualified to participate in the Warm-Up Poker Tournament will instead have one (1) drawing ticket automatically placed into a drawing drum for a drawing to be held on Friday, January 20, 2017 at approximately 6:45 p.m. in the Chairman’s Salon to award the Warm-Up Poker Tournament prize. Three (3) drawing tickets will be drawn. Eligible Warm-Up Poker Tournament players must be present to win. Each player will be issued a Table Assignment Card that must be presented to Warm-Up Poker Tournament Staff at their assigned table prior to the commencement of play.
5. Each player will start with 10,000 in Warm-Up Poker Tournament chips. Warm-Up Poker Tournament chips may not be used for any other purpose and must be returned to Wynn Las Vegas at the end of the Warm-Up Poker Tournament. Warm-Up Poker Tournament chips have no cash value.
6. There will be no Re-buys or Add-ons allowed in the Warm-Up Poker Tournament.

9. The number of tables used will be determined by the total number of players. Warm-Up Poker Tournament Staff shall use its best efforts to uniformly distribute the number of players per table.
10. Tables are coordinated. Players going from a broken table to fill in seats assume the rights and responsibilities of the seat. Players moved during table coordinating will be moved from the big blind to the worst position.
11. Standard Poker Tournament Directors Association and Wynn Las Vegas poker rules apply unless in conflict with the Warm-Up Poker Tournament rules, in which case the Warm-Up Poker Tournament rules shall prevail.
12. The Floor Person or Tournament Director is to consider the best interests of the game and fairness as the top priority in the decision-making process. Unusual circumstances can, on occasion, dictate that decisions in the interest of fairness take priority over the technical rules.

To raise with an oversized Warm-Up Poker Tournament chip, raise must be declared before the Warm-Up Poker Tournament chip hits the table surface. If raise is declared (but no amount), the raise is the maximum allowable for that Warm-Up Poker Tournament chip. 19. Verbal declarations as to the content of a player's hand are not binding; however at management's discretion, any player deliberately miscalling his hand may be penalized.
20. Verbal declarations in turn are binding. Action out of turn may be binding.

Penalties WILL be invoked in cases of soft play, abuse, or disruptive behavior. Penalties available to the Tournament Director or Floor Person include verbal warnings and “missed hand” penalties. Except for a one-hand penalty, missed hand penalties will be assessed as follows: The offender will miss one hand for every player, including the offender, who is at the table when the penalty is given multiplied by the number of rounds specified in the penalty. For the period of the penalty, the offender shall remain away from the table but will continue to be dealt in.
