Pari-Mutuel Wagering Account
1. To open a Wynn Mobile Pari-Mutuel Wagering Account (“Wagering Account”), patrons must be a Wynn Rewards member and must complete and sign the Wynn Mobile Account Application. Nevada residents may call (702) 770-3075 to request an application in order to complete this process via e-mail or fax. 
2. Wagering Accounts may only be used by the person named on the Wagering Account(the “Account Holder”). Representatives or agents are not allowed. 
3. When opening an account, patron must provide a valid government issued photo identification and complete an IRS form W-9 (if a U.S. resident). 
4. Wagering Account transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, account information changes or account closures must be conducted by the account holder in person at the Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book or by sending a letter, e-mail or fax requesting the changes or that a check be mailed to them. Deposits can also be accepted by wire transfer, check, or cashier’s check. 
5. A minimum initial deposit of $100 in cash, cashier’s check, Wynn Las Vegas casino chips or Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book chips is required to open a Wagering Account. All subsequent deposits into a Wagering Account must be made in increments of $50 in cash, cashier’s check, Wynn Las Vegas casino chips or Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book chips. 
6. Account Holder will be provided a unique Wagering Account number and secure personal identification code. It is Account Holder’s responsibility to safeguard and protect their account access information. Wynn Las Vegas is not liable for any losses arising out of or related to the use of the Wagering Account by any person other the Account Holder. Account Holder is responsible for all wagers placed from the Wagering Account. 
7. Wagering Account activity may only be conducted through the Wynn Mobile App. 
8. Account Holders must download the Wynn Mobile App from either the App Store for iPads and iPhones, or from www.wynnlasvegas.com/casino/wynnmobilesports for Android devices. 
9. The Wynn Mobile App is currently supported on the iOS 8 and above and the Android OS version 4.2 and above. 
10. Wynn Las Vegas is not responsible for any third party fees incurred by Account Holder, including but not limited to, cell phone usage, data charges, text charges, remote access fees and other overages incurred using the Wynn Mobile App. 
11. Wynn Las Vegas is not responsible for any damage to Account Holder’s mobile device, or its operating system, that may result from using the Wynn Mobile Sports App. 
12. The Wynn Mobile App is subject to separate terms and conditions. 
13. Wagers will only be accepted from within the State of Nevada and will be verified by geographic location. 
14. Wagers will be accepted when race tracks are open and available to accept wagers 
15. Wagers will be deducted directly from the Account Holder’s Wagering Account balance. Winnings from wagers will be credited directly to Account Holder’s Wagering Account. 
16. Minimum wagers and bet types are determined by the applicable race track. 
17. A wager is not considered placed until the Account Holder has verified and confirmed the wager. Once a wager has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled or voided. 
18. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of Account Holder. Winnings will not be released to a Wagering Account until all applicable tax forms are completed and received by the Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book. 
19. All applicable Wynn Las Vegas Pari-Mutuel house rules apply and may be changed, subject to regulatory approval, at any time without prior notice or liability. 
20. Wagering Accounts will be suspended after twelve (12) months without wagering activity. To re-activate a suspended Wagering Account the account holder must appear in person at the Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book with valid, government issued photo identification. 
21. Account Holders must be at least 21 years of age or older. 
22. Account Holders must confirm that they are not currently self-excluded from Wynn Las Vegas and are not on the list of excluded persons established pursuant to NRS 463.151 and Regulation 28. 
23. Wynn Las Vegas, in its sole and absolute discretion, has the right to: (a) refuse the establishment of any Wagering Account; (b) refuse to accept a deposit to a Wagering Account; (c) refuse to accept any, or part of any, wager placed from a Wagering Account; or (d) close a Wagering Account. 
24. Wynn Las Vegas Race and Sports Book employees and/or their relatives are not permitted to have a Wagering Account. 
25. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend a Wagering Account in its sole discretion without prior notice or liability. 
26. Subject to the Nevada Gaming Control Board’s appeals process, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management regarding all aspects of the Wagering Accounts are considered final.
