Wynn Celebrity Chef Golf Club Invitational

Terms and Conditions

June 7, 2024

1. The Wynn Celebrity Chef Golf Club Invitational (the “Invitational”) is limited to invited Celebrity Chefs, Private Access guests and Wynn Rewards Members who are not a current or former professional golfer (according to U.S.G.A. guidelines). Reservations are limited and based on availability.
2. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Invitational in its sole discretion.
3. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to include up to ten (10) additional players in the Invitational in its sole discretion.
4. A minimum of seventy-two (72) participants is required for the Invitational to take place. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel the Invitational or modify the prize structure of the Invitational in its sole discretion without notice or liability.
5. Each player will check-in for the Invitational during the Pairings Breakfast to be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at Wynn Country Club. 
6. The format for the Invitational will be a four (4) person scramble. Each team will have one (1) Celebrity Chef player assigned to them. 
7. There will be one (1) day of play and teams will be pre-paired by Wynn Las Vegas Management in its sole and absolute discretion. The Invitational will take place at the Wynn Golf Club at Wynn Las Vegas on Friday, June 7, 2024 with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.
8. There are no minimum drive requirements per player. The team will select the preferred tee shot and each player will then play their second shot from that point, within one (1) club length (keeping the same condition), no closer to the hole. This procedure will continue until the ball has been holed. On the green, each player must play one (1) inch from the selected putt, no closer to the hole. There will be one (1) score for the team on each hole. “Gimmies” are not permitted due to the team format.
9. In the event of a missing player, a static sequence is to be determined among the team members and each player will then rotate hitting one (1) additional shot.
10. At each hole, Invitational participants will drive from the tees as follows:
    • Gentlemen – Gold Tees (approximately 6,272 yards)
    • Ladies – Platinum Tees (approximately 5,868 yards)
    • Gentlemen over the age of 65* years or older – Platinum Tees (approximately 5,868 yards) 
    • Ladies over the age of 65* years or older – Bronze Tees (approximately 4,810 yards) *valid government photo ID will be required for age verification
11. U.S.G.A. rules govern all play, including in the event of a tie.
12. All water features will be played as lateral hazards.
13. All perimeter fences, walls, and white stakes are Out of Bounds.
14. The 14-club Rule is NOT in effect.
15. Collusion between players will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification.
16. All prizes for the Invitational will be awarded as stated within these terms and conditions.
17. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees in addition to completing all applicable Wynn Las Vegas forms.
18. The Invitational Awards Presentation will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at the Wynn Country Club.
19. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual or disqualify any person before, during or after the Invitational.
20. Any vendor or immediate family member of a vendor who provides promotional items for a tournament, promotion or drawing shall be prohibited from participating in that activity.
21. Players and their guests must be at least 21 years of age. 
22. Each player on the team that wins the Grand Prize will receive the following prizes: 
    • A two (2) night stay in a Wynn Tower Suites room, including complimentary resort fee. Hotel stay must be redeemed on or before June 7, 2025, is subject to availability and is limited to single or double occupancy. Blackout dates may apply. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. A $50.00 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.     • Dinner for two (2) in Las Vegas at Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon with a maximum value of $500.00. The complimentary dinner at Bouchon does not include gratuity and may only be redeemed for dinner. Blackout dates may apply. Any food and beverage costs above $500.00 are the responsibility of the winner. The Bouchon dinner may only be redeemed one time, any unused value may not be used during a subsequent visit. Dinner may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
    • Two (2) complimentary 18-hole rounds of golf at Wynn Golf Club. The rounds of golf must be redeemed on or before June 7, 2025, subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. One (1) complimentary round of golf includes loaner clubs for participant and each guest, a minimum of one (1) golf cart, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and at least one (1) caddie. Gratuities, alcoholic beverages, and food are not included. Minimum required caddy gratuity is $50 per player. Wynn Golf Course rules will apply, including without limitation dress code and appropriate conduct. It is recommended that tee times be booked ninety (90) days in advance. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present when checking in for the schedule time slot and must present a valid government issued ID.
    • Two (2) tickets to Awakening at Wynn Las Vegas. Offer is valid for performances through June 7, 2025 and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Blackout dates may apply. Awakening at Wynn Las Vegas is dark Sundays and Mondays. Ticket upgrades are not permitted with this offer. To convert your certificate to an electronic ticket, recipients must contact the Ticket Office via email and provide first and last name, and a valid cellular phone number, standard text messaging rates may apply. Guest is responsible for ensuring guest’s correct and valid email address is provided at the time of booking this offer.  Performance dates and times are subject to change without notice. Any unredeemed or unused tickets will be forfeited, are not redeemable at a later date and are not refundable. Theater terms and conditions may apply, go to wynnlasvegas.com/entertainment for more information. Children under 5 years will not be permitted in the theater. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Guest should arrive at the theater at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the performance.
23. Each player on the team that wins Second Place Prize will receive the following prizes:
    • Two (2) night stay in a Wynn Tower Suites room, including complimentary resort fee. Hotel stay must be redeemed on or before June 7, 2025, is subject to availability and is limited to single or double occupancy. Blackout dates may apply.     • Dinner for two (2) at SW Steakhouse up to a maximum value of $500.00. The complimentary dinner at SW does not include gratuity and may only be redeemed for dinner on or before June 7, 2025. Blackout dates may apply. Any food and beverage costs over and above the $500.00 are the responsibility of winner. The SW dinner may only be redeemed one time, any unused value may not be used during a subsequent visit.
    • Drinks for Two (2) at AFT per winner. Drinks for two (2) at AFT up to a maximum value of $200.00. The drinks at AFT do not include gratuity. The drinks for two (2) must be redeemed on or before June 7, 2025.  Blackout dates may apply. Any food and beverage costs over and above the $200.00 are the responsibility of winner. The AFT drinks may only be redeemed one time, any unused value may not be used during a subsequent visit.
24. Each player on the team that wins Third Place Prize will receive the following prizes: One (1) Chubo Knives® Knife and one (1) set of Made In® Cookware Pans. 
25. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees.
26. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Invitational at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
27. Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan and. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts.  Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards.  The Wynn Resorts behavior standards and other applicable policies can be accessed at  www.wynnlasvegas.com . In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies or trespassed from property for non-compliance with such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Invitational and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Invitational .
28. The Invitational and these Terms & Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statues 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and, subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management shall be deemed final.

Wynn Celebrity Chef Golf Club Invitational Prize Structure:

Contest Holes

Closest-to-the-Pin Contest will take place on hole #12. The eligible player participating in the Invitational whose shot is closest-to-the-pin on hole #12 will receive one (1) Bushnell Winman Range Finder. 

Longest Drive Contest will take place on hole #8. The eligible player participating in the Invitational whose shot is longest on hole #8 will receive one (1) Callaway Driver.
