The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament
Terms and Conditions
December 14, 2015 – January 4, 2016

1. The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament is limited to Red Card members who qualify by earning a minimum of 500 slot points while playing slots with their Red Card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore.

2. Red Card members must earn 500 slot points per day to qualify to participate in each day of The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament

3. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament in its sole discretion.

4. Participants are limited to earning only one (1) entry and participating only once each day of The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament. Qualified participants must register and receive a registration receipt confirming their assigned session time for each day they wish to participate in The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament.

5. The slot point earning period for the slot tournament on Monday, December 14, 2015 is 12:01 am through 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2015. Thereafter, the slot point earning period begins at 3:01 p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2015, until 3:00 p.m. the following day, each day, until Monday, January 4, 2016.

6. Registration will be held each day from Monday, December 14, 2015 through Monday, January 4, 2016 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. for that day’s slot tournament. Registration is located at the Encore Red Card Desk. Participants may not register after 3:30 p.m. No exceptions.

7. In addition to the one (1) entry to The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament, participants also qualify to receive two (2) complimentary VIP passes to The Buffet, at Wynn Las Vegas.

8. VIP Passes to The Buffet, at Wynn Las Vegas are valid for breakfast, lunch or dinner and are subject to blackout dates. Alcohol, gratuity and the Champagne Brunch are not included. Buffet passes are non-transferable, not available over holidays, may not be combined with any other offer, may only be redeemed one time, and have no cash value. Buffet passes are valid for 72 hours after issuance.

9. Each session will consist of up to 22 participants.

10. Participants must present their registration receipt in order to enter the Tournament Area.

11. The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament will be held on the Encore Casino Floor every day from Monday, December 14, 2015 through Monday, January 4, 2016. The first session will start at 4:00 p.m. with subsequent sessions starting every 15 minutes thereafter until all registered participants have an opportunity to participate.

12. Participants must be present to play five (5) minutes prior to their assigned session time. Failure to be present will eliminate the participant from participation in that day’s tournament. No exceptions.

13. Each participant will play a three (3) minute session.

14. Slot machines will be re-set to 10,000 points before each session.

15. Scores will be determined by the number of points registered on the participant’s assigned slot machine at the end of the session. In the event of a machine malfunction, a participant will be moved to the next session and will replay their session.

16. Participants must remain in the Tournament Area until their scores are verified and recorded. Once scores are verified and recorded participants must sign their score sheet indicating that the proper score has been recorded. Failure to sign the score sheet will automatically disqualify the participant. Any score disputes must be brought to the attention of a tournament representative before the participant has signed their score sheet.

17. Participants with the top three (3) scores of each session of The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament will be awarded a FREECREDIT prize. Winners will be announced immediately following each session in the Tournament Area. FREECREDIT prizes will be loaded on the winners’ Red Card account immediately after the session.

18. Participants with the top eight (8) scores for each day of The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament will be awarded a FREECREDIT prize and the participant with the top score will also receive two (2) complimentary tickets to Steve Wynn’s ShowStoppers. Winners will be announced immediately following that day’s final session in the Tournament Area.

19. Winners do not need to be present during award presentations in order to collect their prize. FREECREDIT prizes will automatically be loaded on the winners’ Red Card account immediately after the awards session.

20. Winners of the Steve Wynn’s ShowStoppers tickets will be contacted via the telephone number provided at tournament registration. Vouchers will be issued and must be picked up from the Encore Red Card desk within 72 hours of being notified of winning first place. Voucher and a valid government issued photo ID must be presented to the Wynn Box Office to redeem for Steve Wynn’s ShowStoppers tickets. Steve Wynn’s ShowStoppers performances run Monday – Thursday at 7:30 p.m., Friday at 8 p.m. and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. in the Encore Theater. Performance days and times are subject to change. Lost vouchers and/or tickets will not be replaced. Steve Wynn’s ShowStoppers vouchers are valid for performances until January 11, 2016, subject to availability.. Additional blackout dates may apply.

21. Participants are responsible for inserting their Red Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Red Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Red Card.

22. Slot play not associated with a Red Card will not earn points.

23. Participant and linked players must qualify individually based on their own slot play to be eligible to participate in The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament.

24. Linked accounts are defined as accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database and share the same address.

25. Points will be officially earned only after a player’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a player’s Red Card is removed.

26. Points earned on a gaming session ending after 3:00 p.m. will count toward the requirement for an entry in the next day’s daily tournament, through Monday, January 4, 2016.

27. Points that are earned by 3:00 p.m. each day and not redeemed for an entry by 3:30 p.m. for that day’s slot tournament will not be applied for the next day’s slot tournament minimum qualifications.

28. In the event of a tie, tied participants will equally split the sum total of applicable prizes. For example, if two participants tie for first place in any given session, they would equally split the first and second place prizes; the next highest score would receive the third place prize. Additionally, in the event of a tie for first place in the daily tournament, the tied participants will each receive two (2) tickets to Steve Wynn’s ShowStoppers.

29. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged.

30. Tournament entry is non-transferable. No substitutions will be permitted.

31. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

32. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

33. FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Red Card Desk for details.

34. FREECREDIT prizes are valid for 72 hours after issuance and any unused FREECREDIT will be forfeited.

35. Private arrangements or collusion between participants will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification from The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament.

36. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament.

37. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies, promotional companies or representatives are ineligible to participate in The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament.

38. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

39. Subject to the Gaming Control Board’s appeals process, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management regarding all aspects of The Power of Red Card Daily Slot Tournament are final.
