Double beds are available for an additional charge based on availability. Consecutive reservations may not be booked for this promotion. One (1) night minimum stay is required to receive the promotional rate set forth in this offer.  


DEPOSIT POLICY

We require a deposit of the first night’s room rate and tax, which will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation. At time of check-in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online, or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment. 

For all reservations staying through December 31, a deposit of the first night’s room rate and tax will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation, and the reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable 30 days prior to your arrival and the remaining balance for all room nights will be charged no earlier than 30 days prior to your arrival. 

For all reservations that include a stay on January 6, 2025 through January 8, 2025 or May 16, 2025 through May 18, 2025, a full deposit of all room nights and tax will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation and a two-week cancellation policy is applied.

For all reservations that include a stay on November 16, 2025 through November 23, 2025, a full deposit of all room nights and tax will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation and cancellations must be received on or before October 26, 2025 or the deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless otherwise specified below, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited. Early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in. 

WYNN AND ENCORE RESORT FEE

Reservations booked prior to January 15, 2025, will be charged a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax; reservations booked on or after January 15, 2025, will be charged a daily resort fee of $55 plus tax. The applicable resort fee will be added to your room account for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand.

This Resort Fee is only applicable to reservations for the following room types: Wynn Resort King, Wynn Resort Two Queens, Wynn Panoramic View King, Wynn Panoramic View Two Queens, Wynn Panoramic Corner King, Encore Resort King, Encore Resort Two Queens, Encore Panoramic View King and Encore Panoramic View Two Queens.

TOWER SUITES RESORT FEE

A daily resort fee of $55 plus tax will be added to your room account for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night, which entitles you to receive nightly room turn-down service upon request; an exclusive entrance and lobby, in-room Wi-Fi; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to the Tower Suites Pool reserved exclusively for our Tower Suites guests as well as all other resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls; complimentary valet parking access. Some amenities, such as the fitness center, valet parking and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand.

The Tower Suite Resort Fee is only applicable to reservations for the following room types: Wynn Tower Suite King, Wynn Tower Suite Two Queens, Wynn Tower Suite Executive, Wynn Tower Suite Parlor, Wynn Tower Suite Salon, Encore Tower Suite King, Encore Tower Suite Parlor and Encore Tower Suite Salon.

TOWER SUITES BREAKFAST INFORMATION

• Guests staying in a Wynn Tower Suite King, Wynn Tower Suite Two Queens, Wynn Tower Suite Executive, Wynn Tower Suite Parlor, Wynn Tower Suite Salon, Encore Tower Suite King, Encore Tower Suite Parlor, Encore Tower Suite Salon receive a $50 daily BREAKFAST CREDIT  which is valid towards food and beverages charged to your room between the hours of 5 a.m. and 12 p.m.at Tableau, Terrace Pointe Café, The Buffet, Jardin, Espresso or Caffè Al Teatro. Availability to redeem the BREAKFAST CREDIT  at the applicable Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas outlets is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
• Guests staying in a Wynn One Bedroom Fairway Villa, Wynn Two Bedroom Fairway Villa, Encore Two Bedroom Apartment, Encore Three Bedroom Duplex will receive a $200 daily BREAKFAST CREDIT  and is valid towards food and beverages from in-room dining charged to your room between the hours of 5 a.m. and 12 p.m. Pacific Time each day of a stay booked under this offer.
• Guests staying in a Wynn Tower Suite receive daily coffee and tea service at Tableau between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Pacific Time, subject to outlet availability and guest demand.
• Guests staying in an Encore Tower Suite receive daily coffee and tea service at Espresso between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., subject to outlet availability and guest demand.
• Guest is responsible for any charges exceeding the daily credit amount. Any costs over and above the daily BREAKFAST CREDIT  will appear on your guest folio and are the responsibility of the guest. BREAKFAST CREDIT  will not show on your guest folio, but rather will be automatically applied.
• Unused BREAKFAST CREDIT  will not be refunded and has no cash value.
• Gratuities are not included in daily BREAKFAST CREDIT .
• Daily BREAKFAST CREDIT  only applies to Tower Suites reserved through eligible rate codes; complimentary rooms and upgrades to a Tower Suite room due to Resort room unavailability are not eligible for the BREAKFAST CREDIT .

PARKING INFORMATION

Self-park garages are located off Las Vegas Blvd. for both Wynn and Encore. Self-parking at the resort is complimentary for all Wynn and Encore Resort and Tower Suite registered guests, subject to availability. For non-registered guests the daily parking fee is $25 per day, with the first three (3) hours free. Prices may be higher during special events. Complimentary self-parking is extended to Wynn Poker Room guests (visit the Poker Room for details), Private Access members and Wynn Rewards members in the Chairman, Black and Platinum Tiers.

Valet parking is $40 per day up to 24 hours (no grace period, no re-entry). Non-registered guests are charged the applicable daily fee each time they use valet parking and have no re-entry privileges. Prices may be higher during special events. Valet parking is complimentary for: Wynn and Encore Tower Suite registered guests, Private Access guests, Delilah patrons and Wynn Rewards members in the Chairman and Black Tiers. All valet parking is subject to availability.


To retrieve a vehicle from valet, the guest must visit a pay kiosk at the applicable Wynn or Encore valet parking retrieval area where their vehicle was last dropped off, scan their ticket and insert a credit card for payment, if applicable. Once complete, the vehicle request is sent to the valet parking team for vehicle retrieval. OTHER POLICIES

• Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites.
• A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in for the following room types: Wynn Resort King, Wynn Resort Two Queens, Wynn Panoramic View King, Wynn Panoramic View Two Queens, Wynn Panoramic Corner King, Encore Resort King, Encore Resort Two Queens, Encore Panoramic View King, Encore Panoramic View Two Queens, Wynn Tower Suite King, Wynn Tower Suite Two Queens, Wynn Tower Suite Executive, Wynn Tower Suite Parlor, Wynn Tower Suite Salon, Encore Tower Suite King, Encore Tower Suite Parlor and Encore Tower Suite Salon.
• A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $500 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in for the following room types: Wynn One Bedroom Fairway Villa, Wynn Two Bedroom Fairway Villa, Encore Two Bedroom Apartment and Encore Three Bedroom Duplex reservations.
• There will be a $50 surcharge added for each guest exceeding two or four guests in a room, as applicable.
• Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms is 4 people, and up to 14 people for our largest two-bedroom suite.  A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.
• Should your plans require you to change your departure date, please note that fees may apply and your room rate is subject to change. A Late Check Out will be subject to a half or full day charge based on the current day's prevailing room rate, room type, and actual time of departure. An Early Departure will be subject to a penalty fee if notice is not received prior to check-in.
• Check-in time after 3 p.m., check-out time before 12 p.m.
• Guest must be at least 21 years of age for check-in.
• There is a 14 day maximum stay restriction for all reservations.
• Smoking preference and bed type are not guaranteed except for Encore Resort Two Queens and Encore Panoramic View Two Queens.
• There is a limit of three rooms for each reservation made online. For all inquiries of four rooms or more please contact room reservations.
• There is a deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in a designated non-smoking room.
• Outside food and beverage, as well as large coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino.  Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.
