Terms and Conditions 

These Wynn Private Access Program terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) form the basis of participation in the Wynn Private Access Program (the “Program”). For most current Terms and Conditions of the Program, visit: wyn.lv/private-access-portal. Participation in this Program will be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Enrollment as a member of the Program and/or use of member’s Wynn Private Access card (“Card”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Program is available at the following Wynn Resorts Limited resorts, casinos, and companies: Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas (collectively the “Wynn”, “our” and “we”).

Eligibility for Program Membership 

  1. Enrollment in the Program is invite only.  Members must i) be 21 years of age or older, and ii) provide at a minimum, full legal name, physical address, phone number, email, date of birth, and personal tax identification number, if applicable and iii) agree to abide by all terms and conditions herein. 
  2. Presentation of valid government-issued photo identification, acceptable to Wynn, will be required for certain activities such as, but not limited to, account information updates, requesting duplicate Cards, changing a password, or redeeming Program Benefits. 
  3. Persons who are not legally permitted to engage in gambling, have entered into the Wynn Self-Exclusion Program, entered into a self-limit or self-exclusion program in an applicable state, or been banned or trespassed by Wynn are not eligible for membership in the Program.
  4. By enrolling in the Program and/or using their Card, member agrees that any information provided and/or collected in connection with the Program is subject to the terms of the Wynn Enterprise Privacy Policy (which is available at here) and member consents to the sharing of their personal and other information with affiliates and partners of Wynn. 
  5. Subject to applicable legal requirements, members consent to receiving promotional and informational communications from Wynn’s properties, affiliates, and partners. Members may withdraw consent for marketing and set communication preferences at any time by contacting Wynn at privacy@wynnresorts.com, by following the unsubscribe instructions in the marketing message, or by logging in to their Wynn Private Access account and updating their communication preferences.

General Terms

  1. Members acknowledge and agree that membership in the Program and its benefits are provided at the discretion of management, and are subject to availability. Management reserves the right to unilaterally change, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate any aspect of the Program, its benefits and/or its Terms and Conditions in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice for any or no reason. Management will make reasonable efforts to notify members of Program changes that may adversely alter, diminish, forfeit or terminate members’ benefits at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such changes
  2. Members may only have one (1) Program account. Duplicate accounts may be deleted at Wynn’s sole discretion and any benefits will be forfeited.
  3. By enrolling in the Program, Member will automatically receive a Red Tier level membership in the Wynn Rewards program. However, membership in the Program nullifies certain Wynn Rewards membership benefits including, but not limited to, the ability to attain a higher tier.   4. Membership in the Program and all associated benefits are non-transferable (including upon death, divorce, or by operation of law). 
  5. Cards may only be used by the member listed on the account. Any benefits earned with member’s Card used by another individual will be void, and member’s account and all associated Program benefits are subject to termination due to such misuse. Member is responsible for the use and activity on Card by another individual.
  6. All benefits associated with membership in Program including, but not limited to, complimentaries and offers, have no cash value and may not be substituted or exchanged.
  7. Each member will be required to select a secure password at time of registration for accessing their online account. 
  8. It is member’s responsibility to safeguard and protect their Card, password and account information. 
  9. Wynn is not responsible for misuse of lost or stolen Cards or any losses arising out of, or related to, the use of member’s account by any person other than member including, without limitation, unauthorized access through mobile or online accounts or disclosure of member’s password.
  10. Violation of these Terms and Conditions including, without limitation, misuse of a Card, other improper conduct as determined by management, or if a member is barred from the resort(s) by management for business reasons, may subject the member, without limitation, to forfeiture of the Card, any associated benefits, and membership and/or appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Wynn. In addition, Wynn reserves the rights to take appropriate legal action to recover damages, including its attorneys’ fees incurred in prosecuting or defending any lawsuit related hereto.
  11. All decisions concerning the interpretation and application or administration of these Terms and Conditions are within the sole discretion of management. Management’s decision in any dispute will be final and binding subject to regulatory appeals processes.
  12. Employees and their spouses and cohabitants, regardless of division, department, job, title, or status, are not eligible for customer incentive and promotional items including membership in the Program.
  13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change and replace any previous versions of Private Access Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Program constitutes Member’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
