Offer is limited to two (2) Formula 1 Paddock Club^™ tickets on select dates if guest books one (1) of the qualifying room types set forth under this offer. Maximum two (2) packages per guest, subject to availability. Guest must pre-pay full package total and tax at the time of reservation, including, without limitation, room tax and a service fee in an amount equal to 9% of the retail price of the applicable number of Formula 1 Paddock Club^™ event tickets included as part of this package. Package purchaser will be required to enter into a package purchase agreement within thirty (30) days of Wynn’s receipt of payment.  A reservation booked under this package offer is nonrefundable and non-cancellable. Package purchaser is responsible for all additional purchases not specified in these terms, including, but not limited to, food, beverage, photos, merchandise and other amenities and incidentals.

Formula 1Paddock Club^™ Tickets: Package includes tickets to the Formula 1 Paddock Club^™ on November 21, 22, and 23, 2024 (each a “Paddock Club Ticket”). Guests who book a Wynn Tower Suite; Wynn Tower Suite Executive; Wynn Tower Suite Parlor; Wynn Tower Suite Salon; Encore Tower Suite; Encore Tower Suite Parlor; or Encore Tower Suite Salon under this package offer will receive a maximum of two (2) Paddock Club Tickets which provide entry for a maximum of two (2) persons to the Paddock Club.  Guests who book a qualifying room on select dates under this package offer will receive a maximum of four (4) Paddock Club Tickets which provide entry for a maximum of four (4) persons to the Paddock Club.  Each Paddock Club Ticket is valid for a single entry only and package purchaser will not be permitted to bring guests beyond those staying as part of the package unless each such person has their own Paddock Club Ticket. Paddock Club Tickets are non-refundable. Any unused Paddock Club Tickets will be forfeited and are not redeemable for, or at, a later date. The guest who books this package must be present at the time of redemption of the Paddock Club Tickets. Paddock Club Tickets may not be exchanged, substituted or sold. Lost, stolen, or destroyed Paddock Club Tickets will not be replaced. The retail value of all Paddock Club Tickets are included in the package price. Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit for room types with one (1) bedroom and the four (4) person limit for room types with two (2) bedrooms. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms is four (4) guests.  A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property. Guest must prepay full package total at time of reservation. This package is nonrefundable and non-cancellable. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino.  Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit. 

All elements of this package are only available in conjunction with the package and may not be redeemed or used on other dates or times. This package is only available November 21-24, 2024 may not be exchanged or substituted, may not be resold, and may not be combined with any other offer. This package is not valid for any group bookings, conventions, or existing reservations, and is non-commissionable. All guests must be at least 21 years of age.
