Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway

Terms & Conditions

December 3 – 28, 2023

1.       The Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway is limited to invited Wynn Rewards members who received an e-mail invitation and book a minimum two (2) night hotel stay at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Las Vegas during the Earning Period (as defined below) via the Wynn Las Vegas Call Center at (888) 320-7107.

2.       Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway in its sole discretion.

3.       Participants registered for the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway are eligible to qualify for a complimentary cruise for two (2) with Cunard America by either i) earning 500 slot points or ii) having at least two (2) hours of rated table games play with their Wynn Rewards card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, in conjunction with a minimum two (2) night hotel stay, during one (1) of the following earning periods (collectively, the “Earning Periods”):

4.       Participants must either earn the 500 slot points or have at least two (2) hours of rated table games play with their Wynn Rewards card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas during a single minimum two (2) night stay during one of the Earning Periods in order to qualify for the Cruise Voucher.  Participants cannot combine slot points or rated table games play earned during another stay whether or not earned during another Earning Period in order to qualify for a Cruise Voucher.

5.       Participants who complete the minimum qualifications will have a Cunard VIP Cruise Certificate ("Cruise Voucher") e-mailed by a Wynn Las Vegas representative to the e-mail address in Wynn Las Vegas’ casino patron management system, by Wednesday, January 10, 2024. The cruise destination, time frames, room type and duration are based upon participant’s average daily theoretical (“ADT”) prior to the start of the promotion as outlined below; subject to availability.

6.       For purposes of this promotion, ADT is the number recorded in the Wynn Las Vegas patron management system as calculated from participant’s slots and table games play at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Las Vegas during the immediately preceding thirty-nine (39) months. 

7.       Only participants with $150 through $2,500+ ADT can qualify for the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

8.       Electronic table games regardless if played in the live dealer mode are not eligible towards earning the required two (2) hours of rated table games play for this promotion. 

9.       Live poker play and race and sports betting are not eligible towards earning the required slot points or rated table game play.

1. In case of a dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Rewards Desk representative immediately.

11.       Qualified participants who do not receive their Cruise Voucher in their email by Wednesday, January 10, 2024, should reach out to the Wynn Las Vegas Call Center at (888) 320-7107.

12.       Once they receive the Cruise Voucher, qualified participants must call the Cunard casino reservations line at 1-855-610-8812 Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, and Saturday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Pacific Time to redeem their Cruise Voucher by Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Cruise Vouchers not redeemed by Tuesday, April 30, 2024 will be void and participant’s complimentary cruise will be forfeited. 

13.       All travel related to the redemption of the Cruise Voucher must be completed by Thursday, March 27, 2025.  No exceptions. 

14.       Participants, including linked accounts, are eligible to earn only one (1) Cruise Voucher collectively during the promotion, regardless of how many slot points have been earned, how many hours of table games is played or if earned or played during multiple Earning Periods.  Slot points or rated table games play accumulated from a linked account are only eligible for redemption on the invited participant’s account.

15.       Slot points earned during another Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Las Vegas tournament, special event or promotion during an Earning Period utilized by a participant will also count towards the participant’s point requirement for the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

16.       For table games ratings, participants are responsible for presenting their Wynn Rewards Card to the dealer at the table game to initiate table games player ratings. Table games play not associated with a Wynn Rewards Card will not be eligible to qualify participant for purposes of this promotion.

17.       For slots play ratings, participants are responsible for inserting their Wynn Rewards Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Wynn Rewards Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Wynn Rewards Card. It is participant's responsibility to regularly check that the bezel around the Wynn Rewards Card reader is a solid green indicating participant is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. Participant's Wynn Rewards Card will timeout and the bezel will turn yellow and blink indicating an inactive status when participant's play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a Wynn Rewards Card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly.

18.       Slot play not associated with a Wynn Rewards Card will not earn slot points. 

19.       Slot points will be officially earned only after a player’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a player’s – and any linked account’s – Wynn Rewards Card is removed.

20.       For the hotel stay requirement, participant must book a minimum consecutive two (2) night stay during one of the Earning Periods, subject to availability, by calling the Wynn Call Center at (888) 320-7107. Reservation must be booked under participant’s name. Complimentary stays may be available at casino host’s discretion. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

21.       Cruise Vouchers are valid for select Cunard cruises based on participant’s individual offer and as more specifically set forth in participant’s Cruise Voucher email.  Cruise Voucher destinations are subject to availability and may be limited to Caribbean, Alaska, Mexico, Canada /New England and Coastals.

22.       Participants are responsible for ensuring the email address associated with their Wynn Rewards account is accurate. Wynn Las Vegas is not responsible if a participant does not receive their Cruise Voucher email due to circumstances beyond Wynn Las Vegas’ control, including but not limited to, incorrect email addresses on file or SPAM filters.

23.       The Cruise Voucher applies to cruise fare for the qualifying participant and one (1) guest only. Qualified participants and their travel guest are responsible for all related travel to and from the Cruise, as well as transfers between the hotels or airport(s) and the ship on the day of embarkation and disembarkation, parking, taxes, fees and ports expenses, and for all on-board expenses not otherwise included herein.  Normal shipboard services, facilities, and select entertainment and main restaurants are included. Service charges, gratuities, spa, specialty restaurant dining, drinks (outside of the casino), shore excursions, food and beverage ashore, laundry or valet service, wi-fi or data packages and any other onboard personal expenses are not included. Cruise participants and their travel guest are responsible for verifying what identification documents will be required for all related travel to, during and from the Cruise. Cruise participants and their travel guests are responsible for all fees associated with obtaining a passport, visas,  and any other documents necessary for the scheduled ports of call and disembarkation. Travel insurance is not included with the Cruise and is the responsibility of the participants should they choose to purchase it. Cruise participants and their travel guest are responsible for any costs or fees that may be incurred as a result of changes, cancellations or delays associated with the Cruise or any travel related to the Cruise.  Cruise participants and their travel guest are required to be on board the Cruise ship at least two (2) hours before departure time. At the time of embarkation participants and their travel guest are responsible for having in their possession the ticket, valid passport, visas and other documents necessary for the scheduled ports of call and disembarkation. If someone does not have proper documentation, they will not be allowed to board the Cruise ship and their Cruise prize will be forfeited. It is participants responsibility to regularly confirm with Cunard of any additional information, restrictions or requirements.

24.       Cruise participants and their guest must execute a full and complete release of Wynn Las Vegas and its affiliates prior to travel.

25.       Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway including redemption of the Cruise Voucher. 

26.       Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees related to the prize.

27.   Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged.

28.   Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

29.   Any vendor, or immediate family member of a vendor, who provides promotional items for the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway shall be prohibited from participating in the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

30.   Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts^®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

31.   Prior to the start of the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

32.   Collusion between participants will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification from the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

33.   Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies,. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts.  Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards. The Wynn behavior standards and other applicable policies can be accessed at www.wynnlasvegas.com.  In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies or trespassed from property for non-compliance with such policies, participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway and will not be entitled to any refunds, prizes or gifts associated with the Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

33.   The Wynn Cruise Voucher Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.

Restrictions apply. Cruise is subject to availability and capacity controlled. Cruise certificate is non-transferable and not valid for cash. Restrictions to categories and cabin types may apply. Certificate includes cruise fare only. Fees, taxes, port expenses, gratuities, transportation, and pre- or post- accommodations and all other fees/expenses not expressly included are excluded, and are due at the time of booking. Guest is required to provide valid credit card information at time of booking. Please ask your Cunard booking representative regarding the additional fares for third/fourth guests. Guest named on the cruise certificate must sail.  Standard cancellation policies will apply. Should a guest fail to arrive at the port for embarkation on departure day without notifying the cruise line within standard deadlines, all standard cancellation fees apply up to and including the value of the cruise quoted at time of booking. Cruise certificate offer is null and void if cancellation penalties are not satisfied. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of this certificate is the recipient’s responsibility. Participant can request an IRS Form 1099 for the total approximate retail value of Cruise from Wynn Las Vegas Casino. Cannot be combined with any other offer. This certificate is valid only for the individual identified on the front of the certificate and may not be sold or transferred to any other person.  Not valid on previously booked cruises; new bookings only. The recipient of this certificate must be 21 years of age or older, and the recipient and any additional guest(s) must satisfy Cunard’s additional requirements for cruise passage. Changes to the reservation may be permitted, subject to availability, and any other restrictions and/or applicable cancellation charges.
