Reservations are limited to the room types listed in your Purchase Acknowledgement. Reservations are subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, may only be booked up to four (4) consecutive nights on select dates. Reservations are only valid with arrival on November 15, 2023 and a departure on November 19, 2023, or arrival on November 16, 2023 and a departure on November 20, 2023. Offer Package is limited to the number of Grandstand tickets set forth in your Purchase Acknowledgement. The Grandstand tickets will be located in section G6 of the MSG Sphere Zone to watch the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX event on November 16, 17, and 18, 2023 (the “Event”). Package purchaser must pre-pay full package total and tax at the time of reservation, including, without limitation, room tax and a service fee in an amount equal to 9% of the retail price of the applicable number of tickets included as part of this package. Package purchaser will be required to sign and return to Wynn Las Vegas the Package Purchase Agreement within thirty (30) days of Wynn’s receipt of payment. This package is nonrefundable and non-cancellable. Package purchaser is responsible for all additional purchases not specified in these terms, including, but not limited to, food, beverage, photos, merchandise and other amenities and incidentals. 

Resort Fee:  A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax is included in this package offer for each room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; and Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls. Some amenities, such as the fitness center, valet parking and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand.

Grandstand Tickets: Package includes the number of Grandstand tickets to the Event as more specifically set forth in your Package Purchase Agreement (each a “Grandstand Ticket”).  Package purchaser will receive the number of Grandstand Tickets set forth in the Package Purchase Agreement and each Grandstand Ticket will provide entry for a maximum of one (1) person each to one of the grandstand areas within section G6 of the MSG Sphere Zone to watch the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX event.  The location of the Grandstand Tickets within the MSG Sphere Zone is at the sole discretion of Wynn Las Vegas and F1.  Grandstand Ticket location within section G6 of the MSG Sphere Zone will be determined at time of ticket delivery. Each Grandstand Ticket is valid for a single entry only and package purchaser will not be permitted to bring guests unless each such person has their own Grandstand Ticket. Grandstand Tickets are non-refundable. Any unused Grandstand Tickets will be forfeited and are not redeemable for, or at, a later date. Grandstand Tickets may not be exchanged, substituted or sold. Lost, stolen, or destroyed Grandstand Tickets will not be replaced. The retail value of all Grandstand Tickets is included in the package price. Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit for room types with one (1) bedroom and the four (4) person limit for room types with two (2) bedrooms. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms is four (4) guests.  A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property. Guest must prepay full package total at time of reservation. This package is nonrefundable and non-cancellable. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino.  Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit. 

All elements of this package are only available in conjunction with the package and may not be redeemed or used on other dates or times. This package is only available on the dates listed in the Package Purchase Agreement, may not be exchanged or substituted, may not be resold, and may not be combined with any other offer. All guests must be at least 21 years of age. The captions and headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and shall not be used in interpreting it. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer at its sole discretion. This package is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and all Wynn Resorts and Wynn Las Vegas policies.
