This package includes one (1) Wynn Salon Suite up to two (2) guests for two (2) nights on select dates and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Reservations are only valid with arrival on December 3, 2022, and a departure on December 5, 2022. This package is nonrefundable and non-cancellable. Package includes nightly room turn-down service; an entrance and lobby reserved exclusively for our Tower Suites guests, in-room Wi-Fi; access for up to two (2) persons to our fitness center; access to the Tower Suites Pool reserved exclusively for our Tower Suites guests as well as all other resort pools and sundecks; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls; and complimentary valet parking access. Some amenities, such as the fitness center, valet parking and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. Maximum occupancy is two (2) guests per room. Package total is exclusive of and does not include applicable taxes, including, without limitation, room tax and Live Entertainment Tax in an amount equal to 9% of the applicable event tickets included as part of this package; all of which shall be the responsibility of package purchaser. Package purchaser is responsible for all additional purchases not specified in these terms, including, but not limited to, transportation, food, beverage, photos, merchandise and other amenities and incidentals. Wynn reserve the right to substitute something of reasonably equivalent value for any amenity or experience within the package that is not available at time of redemption due to unforeseen circumstances.

1923 Screening: Package includes access to a screening of the first episode of the new television series 1923 in the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas for two (2) guests (“Screening Access”) on December 3, 2022, date subject to change. The Screening Access is valid for a maximum of two (2) persons and participants will not be permitted to bring guests unless each such person has obtained their own Screening Access. Seat locations are at the sole discretion of Wynn Las Vegas.  Any unused Screening Access will be forfeited and is not redeemable for, or at, a later date. The Opening Ceremony Access is non-refundable. The package purchaser must be present at the time of the Screening Access redemption. The Screening Access may not be exchanged, substituted or sold.

1923 After Party and Red Carpet: Package includes access to the 1923 After Party at Intrigue Nightclub and the opportunity to walk the 1923 red carpet viewing for two (2) guests (“After Party Access”) on December 3, 2022, date subject to change. The After Party Access is valid for a maximum of two (2) persons and participants will not be permitted to bring guests unless each such person has obtained their own After Party Access. Any unused After Party Access will be forfeited and is not redeemable for, or at, a later date. The After Party Access is non-refundable. The package purchaser must be present at the time of the After Party Access redemption. After Party Access and Red Carpet Access may not be exchanged, substituted or sold.

SW Dinner: Package includes one (1) dinner for two (2) people at SW Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas during the stay booked under this package offer up to a maximum value of $1,000.00. Dinner includes a menu featuring Four Sixes Ranch beef and wine pairing during the SW Steakhouse dinner. The dinner at SW Steakhouse includes 20% gratuity and any additional gratuity is the responsibility of package purchaser. Total complimentary SW Steakhouse dinners for two (2) awarded to a single reservation associated with this package shall not exceed one (1) dinner for up to two (2) people.  Any food and beverage costs over and above the $1,000.00 SW Steakhouse dinner set forth in this package are the responsibility of package purchaser. The SW Steakhouse dinner may only be redeemed one time, any unused value may not be used during a subsequent visit and may only be used in conjunction with this package. Tickets to the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo: Package includes two (2) tickets to the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo at the Thomas & Mack Center on December 3, 2022 (each a “NFR Ticket” and, collectively, the "NFR Tickets"), subject to availability. Each NFR Ticket is valid for a single entry only and package purchaser will not be permitted to bring guests beyond the two (2) guests staying as part of the package unless each such person has their own NFR Ticket. NFR Tickets are non-refundable. Seat locations are at the sole discretion of Wynn Las Vegas. NFR Ticket upgrades are not permitted. Any unused NFR Tickets will be forfeited and are not redeemable for, or at, a later date. The package purchaser must be present at the time of redemption of the NFR Tickets. Tickets to See Bobby Bones: Package includes two (2) tickets to see Bobby Bones at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas on December 4, 2022 (the “Bobby Bones Tickets”). Seat locations are at the sole discretion of Wynn Las Vegas. Upgrades of the Bobby Bones Tickets are not permitted. Any unused Bobby Bones Tickets will be forfeited and are not redeemable for, or at, a later date. Bobby Bones Tickets may not be exchanged, substituted or sold. Lost, stolen, or destroyed Bobby Bones Tickets will not be replaced. Package recipient is responsible for all additional purchases not specified in these terms, including, but not limited to, food, beverage, photos and merchandise.
