This package includes one (1) Encore 3-Bedroom Duplex for up to six (6) guests for four (4) nights on select dates, subject to availability. Reservations are only valid with arrival on November 15, 2023 and a departure on November 19, 2023, or arrival on November 16, 2023 and a departure on November 20, 2023. This package is nonrefundable and non-cancellable. Package includes 24 hour butler service; a dedicated Wynn Private Access Specialist to assist with priority restaurant and nightclub reservations during length of stay, subject to venue availability; nightly room turn-down service; an exclusive entrance and lobby, in-room Wi-Fi; access for up to six persons to our fitness center; access to the Tower Suites Pool reserved exclusively for our Tower Suites guests as well as all other resort pools and sundecks; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls; and complimentary valet parking access. Some amenities, such as the fitness center, valet parking and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. Maximum occupancy is six (6) guests per room. Once a stay is reserved under this package offer, Wynn Private Access will call guest to schedule reservation details for items included in the package. A deposit of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) will be charged at time of reservation via a payment method approved by Wynn. Package purchaser will be required to enter into a package purchase agreement within thirty (30) days of Wynn’s receipt of the deposit at which time the remaining package amount will be due to Wynn.  Package total is exclusive of and does not include applicable taxes, including, without limitation, room tax, and a service fee in an amount equal to 9% of the retail price of the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX event tickets included as part of this package; all of which shall be the responsibility of package purchaser.  Package purchaser is responsible for all additional purchases not specified in these terms, including, but not limited to, food, beverage, photos, merchandise and other amenities and incidentals. Wynn reserve the right to substitute something of reasonably equivalent value for any amenity or experience within the package that is not available at time of redemption due to unforeseen circumstances.

Wynn Resorts and Formula 1 will donate $100,000 of the proceeds from the purchase of this package to a local Las Vegas philanthropic organization of Wynn Resorts’ and Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc.’s (“LVGP”) choice.

Daily Breakfast Credit:  Package includes $750 daily breakfast credit (“Breakfast Credit”) during a stay booked under this package offer. The Breakfast Credit is valid towards food and beverage items charged to your room for breakfast each day of a stay booked under this offer at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas-owned dining establishments and in-room dining. Breakfast Credit may not be used for gratuities which are the responsibility of guest.  Availability to redeem the Breakfast Credit at the applicable Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas-owned dining establishments is subject to availability. F1 Curated Events and Experiences:  Package includes access for six (6) guests (“F1 Special Event Access”) to forthcoming exclusive race week events and experiences provided by F1 and LVGP (“F1 Special Event(s)”). Each F1 Special Event Access to the F1 Special Event(s) is valid for a single entry only and package purchaser will not be permitted to bring guests beyond those staying as part of the package into each F1 Special Event unless each such person has their own F1 Special Event Access. Spa Experience: Package includes one (1) $3,000 Spa Credit that may be used at The Spa at Encore and The Spa at Wynn during a stay booked under this package (the “Spa Credit”). Round of Golf: Package includes one (1) 18-hole round of golf at the Wynn Golf Club for up to six (6) people during your stay booked under this package, subject to availability, including a $750 food and beverage credit at Wynn Golf Course Tee House. Any food and beverage costs over and above the $750 limit set forth in this package are the responsibility of package holder. Any unused value may not be used during a subsequent visit and may only be used in conjunction with this package. In the event of inclement weather, you will be provided the opportunity before check-in to reschedule your golf reservation to a different day of your stay booked under this package. Upon signing the registration form at check-in, you agree to the risk of inclement weather and will not receive an opportunity to reschedule golf in the case of inclement weather, even if inclement weather disrupts your use of the golf course.  If you do not reschedule your golf experience prior to the end of your stay, then you will forfeit the Wynn Golf Club component. Dinner includes a custom high-end wine pairing during the Delilah dinner. The dinner at Delilah includes 20% gratuity and any additional gratuity is responsibility of package purchaser.  Total complimentary Delilah dinners for six (6) awarded to a single reservation associated with this package shall not exceed one (1) dinner for up to six (6) people.  Any food and beverage costs over and above the $3,000 Delilah dinner set forth in this package are the responsibility of package purchaser. The Delilah dinner may only be redeemed one time, any unused value may not be used during a subsequent visit and may only be used in conjunction with this package.

Ground Transportation: Package includes complimentary roundtrip ground transportation between Harry Reid International Airport or other private airport located in Las Vegas, Nevada and Wynn Las Vegas via Wynn Transportation Services. Package also includes one (1) daily roundtrip transportation between Wynn Las Vegas and the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix Paddock. Complimentary roundtrip transportation is for up to a maximum of six (6) passengers. Transportation for any additional passengers over and above the six (6) passenger maximum shall be the responsibility of guest. Driver gratuity is not included.

Lifetime Membership to Private Access: Package purchaser will receive one (1) lifetime membership to Wynn Las Vegas’ Private Access Program (the “Program”). Offers of Program (the “Offers”) include: access to exclusive Private Access Ambassador telephone line; exclusive arrival and registration in Tower Suites registration area; complimentary early check-in and late check-out; automatic complimentary valet parking; priority dining, spa and salon reservations; reserved seating at shows upon purchase of tickets; and expedited entry into nightclubs.  Lifetime membership to the Program is subject to Wynn’s Program terms and conditions.
