GOLDEN WHEEL WEEK PROMOTION 

Terms and Conditions 

November 14 – 21, 2022

1.    The Golden Wheel Week Promotion (the “Promotion”) is limited to invited “local” Wynn Rewards members playing at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore”). Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Wynn Rewards card and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Wynn Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.

2.    Local Wynn Rewards members are defined as those individuals with a physical home address located in the greater Las Vegas area verified via a valid Nevada government issued photo ID on file in the Wynn Rewards database.

3.    Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Promotion in its sole discretion.

4.    The Promotion will take place at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore beginning at is from 12:01 a.m. on Monday, November 14, 2022 through 11:00 p.m. Monday, November 21, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).

5.    Participants may earn chances to play the “Golden Wheel Week” game in the Wynn Rewards promotional casino kiosk (“Kiosk”) by playing eligible reel slots and video poker machines with their Wynn Rewards card inserted at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore. For each 500 slot points earned during the Promotional Period, participant will earn one (1) chance to play the “Wynn Rewards Wheel” game.

6.    There is a maximum fifty (50) total chances regardless of how many times a participant earns 500 slot points during the Promotional Period.

7.    During the Promotional Period, participants who earned the required 500 slot points must swipe their Wynn Rewards card at a Kiosk, located on the casino floor, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., and enter their PIN number to access the “Golden Wheel Week” game in the Promotions menu. Then participant will “spin” the wheel to see whether they have won a prize. Potential prizes are: $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $200, $500 or $5,000, all in Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT (“FREECREDIT”). The $5,000 in FREECREDIT prize will only

be awarded a maximum one (1) time throughout the Promotional Period.

8.    Upon earning additional chances, participants must return to the Kiosk to play the “Golden Wheel Week” game again.

9.    Winning a prize is not guaranteed.

10.  During the Promotional Period players can go to the Wynn Rewards Desk on the Wynn or Encore Las Vegas casino floors or call the Wynn Rewards Desk at (702) 770-3000 to confirm whether the one (1) $5,000 in FREECREDIT prize has been awarded.

11.  Prizes awarded and odds will vary based on the actual number of participants.

12.  Malfunction voids all pays.

13.  Participants are responsible for inserting their Wynn Rewards Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Wynn Rewards Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Wynn Rewards Card.

14.  It is participant's responsibility to regularly check that the bezel around the Wynn Rewards card reader is a solid green indicating participant is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. Participant's Wynn Rewards card will timeout and the bezel will turn yellow and blink indicating an inactive status when participant's play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a Wynn Rewards card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly.

15.  Slot play not associated with a Wynn Rewards Card will not earn slot points.

16.  Slot points will be officially earned only after a player’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a player’s, and any linked account’s, Wynn Rewards Card is removed.

17.  Participants and any linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own play to participate in this Promotion; slot points may not be combined to increase eligibility to play the “Golden Wheel Week” game. Linked accounts are defined as legacy accounts that are still connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.

18.  Live table games or poker play, electronic table games play, or race and sports betting are not eligible for earning slot points.

19.  In case of a dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Rewards Desk representative immediately.

20.  Promotion prizes are awarded in the form of FREECREDIT which will automatically be uploaded to the participant’s Wynn Rewards account and are valid for 72 hours from the date and time of issuance.  

21.  FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Wynn Rewards Desk for details.

22.  This offer is non-transferable.

23.  All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be exchanged or substituted and may not be claimed or redeemed by anyone other than participant.

24.  Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

25.  Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

26.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.

27.  Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

28.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

29.  Participants and their guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts.  Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards.  The Wynn Health & Safety Plan and behavior standards can be accessed at www.wynnlasvegas.com. In the event a participant or their guests are prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies or trespassed from property for non-compliance with such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion.

30.  A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Promotion, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

31.  The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.
