LOCALS RED DRAGON TABLE GAMES PROMOTION

Terms and Conditions 

July 11 – 25, 2022

1.    The Locals Red Dragon Table Games Promotion (the “Promotion”) is limited to invited “local” Wynn Rewards members, based on their individual offer, who are playing at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore”). Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Wynn Rewards card and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Wynn Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.

2.    “Local” Wynn Rewards members are defined as those individuals with a physical home address located in the greater Las Vegas area verified via a valid Nevada government issued photo ID on file in the Wynn Rewards database.

3.    Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Promotion in its sole discretion.

4.    The period during the Promotion for participant to qualify to play the “Locals Red Dragon Table Games Promotion” game (the “Red Dragon Game”) begins at 12:01 a.m. and ends at 11:00 p.m. on Mondays (July 11, 18 and 25, 2022), (each a “Promotional Period Day”).

5.    Participants will earn one (1) chance to play the Red Dragon Game in the Wynn Rewards promotional kiosk (“Kiosk”) for each one (1) hour of rated table games play at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore during each Promotional Period Day. There is a maximum number of fifteen (15) total chances per participant, per Promotional Period Day regardless of how many times a participant plays one (1) hour of rated table games play.

6.    Rated tables games play outside of each Promotional Period Day will not be counted towards eligibility to play the Red Dragon Game nor will table games play earned in one Promotional Period Day carry over to another Promotional Period Day.

7.    During each Promotional Period Day, eligible participants must swipe their Wynn Rewards card at a Kiosk, located on the casino floor, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. and enter their PIN number to access the Red Dragon Game in the Promotions menu. Then participant will select one (1) of the dragon icons for a chance to win a prize. Potential prizes are: $25, $50, $100 or $10,000 in Wynn Las Vegas non-negotiable, one-time-bet-only promotional chips (“Promo Chips”). The $10,000 in Promo Chips prize will only be awarded a maximum one (1) time throughout the Promotion. If participant wins a prize, a receipt showing the amount of Promo Chips won will print from the Kiosk (the “Receipt”) for winner to take to the Wynn Las Vegas Main Cage for redemption.

8.    During each Promotional Period Day Players can go to the Wynn Rewards Desk on the Wynn or Encore Las Vegas casino floors or call the Wynn Rewards Desk at (702) 770-3000 to confirm whether the one (1) $10,000 in Promo Chips prize has been awarded.

9.    Prizes awarded and odds will vary based on the actual number of participants.

10.  Winning a prize is not guaranteed.

11.  Upon earning additional chances, participants must return to the Kiosk to play the Game again.

12.  Malfunction voids all pays

13.  The Promotion is not available outside of each Promotional Period Day. Eligible participants who do not play the Game in the Kiosk before 11:00 p.m. at the end of each applicable Promotional Period Day will forfeit their chance at playing the Game.

14.  Rated table games play refers to ratings earned while playing live table games at Wynn or Encore Las Vegas as recorded in the Wynn Las Vegas Patron Management system.

15.  Slots play, electronic table games (regardless if played in the live dealer mode), live poker play and race and sports betting are not eligible to qualify participant for this Promotion.

16.  For table games play ratings, participants are responsible for presenting their Wynn Rewards card at a table game to initiate table games player ratings. Table games play not associated with a Wynn Rewards card during a Promotional Period Day will not be eligible for this Promotion.

17.   In case of a ratings dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Casino Manager immediately.

18.  To redeem their Promo Chip prize, winner must present their printed Receipt along with a valid government issued photo ID at the Wynn Las Vegas Main Cage where the winner’s prize will be verified and issued.

19.  Promo Chip prizes must be claimed by winners from the Wynn Las Vegas Main Cage no later than 11:59 p.m. Monday, July 25, 2022 or they will be forfeited. 

20.  Promo Chip denominations are predetermined based on prize won, may not be exchanged for cash, live chips, bet-until-you-lose promotional chips, or smaller denominations. The exchange of smaller Promo Chips for larger denomination Promo Chips will only be allowed based on availability in the sole discretion of cage personnel.

21.  Promo Chips may be used to place wagers on all live table games and will be paid the same as live chips with the exception of roulette games where only even money wagers can be placed. Wagering with Promo Chips is one-time-bet use only. Regardless of win or lose, the Promo Chips will be collected by the dealer. Promo Chips do not have a value outside of wagering and cannot be used for tipping. Tips given in Promo Chips must be returned to the player; if a Promo Chip is retained as a tip the value will be zero. Wynn Las Vegas does not permit off-setting wagers with Promo Chips.

22.  A wager made with Promo Chips which is substantially above the player’s established maximum wager requires approval by Senior Management of Wynn Las Vegas.

23.  Participant and linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own table games play to be eligible to play the Game; time played at table games cannot be combined. Linked accounts are defined as accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.

24.  In case of a dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Rewards Desk representative immediately.

25.  Lost, stolen or damaged Receipts or Promo Chips will not be reissued or replaced.

26.  This offer is non-transferable.

27.  All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be exchanged or substituted and may not be claimed or redeemed by anyone other than participant.

28.  Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

29.  Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

30.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.

31.  Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

32.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

33.  Participants and their guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts.  Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards.  The Wynn Health & Safety Plan and behavior standards can be accessed at www.wynnlasvegas.com. In the event a participant or their guests are prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies or trespassed from property for non-compliance with such policies, participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion.

34.  A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Promotion, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

35.  The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.
