3.       Each player will have their table and table position drawn for the Main Event at Registration. Each player will be issued a Table Assignment Card that must be presented to Tournament Staff at their assigned table prior to the commencement of play.

4.       The Main Event will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 22, 2022 in Intrigue, located at Wynn Las Vegas.

5.       A minimum of fifty-six (56) participants is required for the Main Event to take place. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel or modify the prize structure of the Poker Tournament in its sole discretion without notice or liability.

6.       The number of tables used will be determined by the total number of players. There will be a maximum of nine (9) players per table. Tournament Staff shall use its best efforts to uniformly distribute the number of players per table. Tables are coordinated.

7.       Each player will begin with 10,000 in tournament chips. Tournament chips may not be used for any other purpose and must be returned to Wynn Las Vegas at the end of the tournament. Tournament chips have no cash value.

8.       The Tournament will use a standard No-Limit Texas Hold'em format.

9.       Players with less than 10,000 tournament chips up to and before the start of level 5 of the Main Event, may either purchase a Re-buy for $5,000 USD from Wynn Las Vegas or make a donation to the American Skin Association in the amount of $5,000 USD and present the prescribed receipt to receive an additional 10,000 in tournament chips as many times as they wish.

10.   Players who have lost all of their tournament chips up to and before the start of level 5 of the Main Event, may purchase a Double Re-buy for $10,000 USD from Wynn Las Vegas or make a donation to the American Skin Association for $10,000 USD and present the prescribed receipt to receive an additional 30,000 in tournament chips as many times as they wish.

11.   Players who have at least one tournament chip at the conclusion of Level 4 and before the start of Level 5 of the Main Event, may purchase one (1) Add-on for $5,000 USD from Wynn Las Vegas or make a donation to the American Skin Association and present the prescribed receipt to receive an additional 50,000 in tournament chips.

13.   The player who purchases the most Rebuys, Double Re-Buys and Add-ons in terms of dollars spent, prior to the start of Level 5, will be awarded an IWC Pilot Watch valued at $5,500. The IWC Pilot Watch awarded will be as-is and may not be substituted or exchanged.

14.   The player with the highest tournament chip count before the start of Level 5, will be awarded (4) VIP tickets to a Justin Timberlake concert.

15.   If there is a tie for either bonus prize, a random card draw will take place between the applicable tied players. The random card draw will consist of each applicable player receiving one (1) card as one (1) hand. The player with the highest value card will receive the applicable bonus prize. For purposes of the random card draw, an ace card will be considered to have the highest value. Cards that share the same value will be ranked by suit in the following order, from highest to lowest: Spades, Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs. If a tie still exists, the random card draw will continue until a winner is declared.

16.   Before the start of Level 5, tournament staff will assign a minimum of one (1) player at each table to be designated as a Bounty. A player who eliminates a Bounty will win a Mini Poker Felt signed by the person they knocked out. If there is more than one (1) winner in a hand where a Bounty is eliminated, all winners with a tournament chip count equal to or greater than the Bounty prior to the start of the hand will win a prize. Bounties are permitted to win prizes in the Tournament.

17.   All players will receive initial seating cards at registration. A player must be at their seat by the time the last card hits the dealer button on the initial dealing round or the player will have a dead hand.  “At their seat” means within reach of the player’s chair.

18.   In the event a player is not in their seat once tournament play begins, they will be blinded off until they arrive or until the start of Level 5, whichever occurs first. If at the start of Level 5 the player has still not arrived, their tournament chips will be removed from play and the player will be eliminated.

19.   There will be a redraw for seating and for the button placement once the final table has been reached. Tournament play will use a dead button.

20.   Standard Poker Tournament Directors Association and Wynn Las Vegas poker rules apply unless in conflict with the Tournament Rules, in which case the Tournament Rules shall prevail.

21.   The Floor Person or Tournament Director will consider the best interests of the game and fairness as the top priority in the decision-making process.  Unusual circumstances can, on occasion, dictate that the technical interpretation of the rules be ignored in the interest of fairness.

22.   Levels may be adjusted to accommodate the Tournament time limit.

23.   When raising, the player must either put the amount of the raise out in one motion or state his/her raise amount. If the player states the amount, the player may make more than one motion.

24.   All cards will be turned face up once a player is all-in and all action is complete.

25.   A player who exposes their cards during the play may incur a penalty but will not have their hand killed.

26.   Anytime when facing a bet or a blind, placing a single oversized tournament chip in the pot is a call if a raise isn’t first verbally declared.  To raise with an oversized tournament chip, raise must be declared before the tournament chip hits the table surface.  If raise is declared (but no amount), the raise is the maximum allowable for that tournament chip.  When not facing a bet or a blind, placing an oversized tournament chip in the pot without declaration is a bet of the maximum for that tournament chip.

27.   Verbal declarations as to the content of a player's hand are not binding; however, at the Tournament Director’s discretion, any player deliberately miscalling their hand may be penalized.

28.   Verbal declarations in turn are binding. Action out of turn may be binding.

29.   Dealers cannot kill a winning hand that was turned face up and was the winning hand.

30.   If a dealer kills an unprotected hand, the player will have no redress and will not be entitled to their money back.

31.   All tournament chips must be visibly displayed at all times. Players shall not have tournament chips out of sight at any time. A player who has tournament chips off the table will forfeit those tournament chips.

32.   Players going from a broken table to fill in seats assume the rights and responsibilities of the seat.

33.   Tables will be consolidated.

34.   During table coordinating, when moving players, players will be moved from the big blind into the worst position.

35.   A player who wants to talk on a cellular phone or use a handheld telecommunications device must step away from the table. Players may not use cellphones or handheld telecommunications devices while the player has a hand in play. No cellphones or handheld telecommunications devices will be allowed at the final table. At the Tournament Director’s discretion, this rule may be extended to other periods of tournament play.

36.   Friendly conversation is permitted during the tournament, but coaching is NOT allowed. Communication, either verbal or visual (e.g. signaling), will not be permitted between players and spectators. Failure to comply may result in penalties including disqualification and forfeiture of any prize money.

37.   A player may not use profane, abusive or derogatory language at or about another player or any member of the Tournament Staff.  In Tournament Director’s sole discretion, failure to comply may result in penalties up to disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

38.   English is the official Tournament language.  Conversations between players in any other language will not be permitted while a hand is in play.  Failure to comply may result in penalties up to disqualification and forfeiture of any prize money.

39.   Smoking is NOT permitted at the Tournament tables.

40.   A penalty MAY be invoked if a player exposes any card with action pending, throws a card off the table, violates the one-player-to-a-hand rule, or similar incidents take place. Penalties WILL be invoked in cases of soft play, abuse, or disruptive behavior. Penalties available to the Tournament Director or Floor Person include verbal warnings and “missed hand” penalties. Except for a one-hand penalty, missed hand penalties will be assessed as follows: the offender will miss one hand for every player, including the offender, who is at the table when the penalty is given multiplied by the number of rounds specified in the penalty. For the period of the penalty, the offender shall remain away from the table but will continue to be dealt in. Tournament Director or Floor Person can assess a one-hand penalty, one-round, two-round, three-round, four-round penalty or disqualification. A player who is disqualified shall have their tournament chips removed from play. Repeat infractions are subject to escalating penalties.

41.   In case of a dispute, it is the player’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of the Tournament Director or Floor Person prior to the next hand.

42.   Collusion between players will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification.

43.   A player may be eliminated from play if the player is in violation of any of the Tournament rules, or the player voluntarily withdraws.

44.   In the event a player's Re-Buy, Double-Buy or Add-On fee was paid by another person, if applicable, the player is considered the winner and will be awarded the prize(s) and is responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees.

45.   In case of a dispute, it is the player’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of the Tournament Director or Floor Person before the next hand is dealt.

46.   Substitute players are not allowed.

47.   A player may be eliminated from play if the player is in violation of any of the tournament rules, or the player voluntarily withdraws.
