WYNN REWARDS NEW MEMBER SLOTS SPIN PROMOTION

Terms and Conditions 


January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

  1. The Wynn Rewards New Member Slots Spin It Promotion (the “Promotion”) is limited to “new” Wynn Rewards members who must i) be a new Red tier level Wynn Rewards member ii) be at least 21 years of age; iii) have their first rated slot play at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore”) during the Promotional Period; iv) provide, or have on file, a valid email address and telephone number and v) earn at least 150 slot points during the Earning Period. Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Wynn Rewards card and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Wynn Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.
  2. For purposes of the Promotion, “new” members are defined as a member whose Wynn Rewards account does not have any previous rated slot play at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore, as recorded in the Patron Management system. For the avoidance of doubt, i) play on slot machines which are not otherwise eligible to earn slot points still record as rated slot play so would disqualify member and ii) members who previously enrolled online, through WynnBET or at Encore Boston Harbor, but have not played at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore, are eligible for the Promotion. 
  3. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Promotion in its sole discretion.
  4. The Promotion will take place at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 through 10:59 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). 
  5. Participants may earn chances to play the “Spin It” game in the Wynn Rewards casino kiosk (“Kiosk”) by playing eligible reel slots and video poker machines at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore with their Wynn Rewards card inserted during participant’s initial seven (7) days following their first rated slot play or the end of the Promotional Period, whichever occurs first (the “Earning Period”).
  6. Participant will earn one (1) chance to play the “Spin It” game for every 150 slot points earned during the Earning Period, up to a maximum of thirty (30) total chances, regardless of how many times a participant earns 150 slot points during the Earning Period.
  7. During the Earning Period, participants who earned the required 150 slot points must swipe their Wynn Rewards card at a Kiosk, located on the Wynn Las Vegas casino floor, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., and enter their PIN number to access the “Spin It” game in the Promotions menu. Participant will then “spin” the wheel for a chance to win one of the following prizes: i) $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $200, $500 or $5,000, all in Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT(“FREECREDIT”); or ii) a $50 DININGCREDIT to Charlie’s Sports Bar (“DININGCREDIT”). The $5,000 in FREECREDIT prize will only be awarded a maximum one (1) time throughout the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, participant must play the “Spin It” game on the Kiosk within the Earning Period and the “Spin It” game will not be playable once the Earning Period has expired regardless of whether participant earned chances to “spin” the wheel.
  8. During the Promotional Period players can go to the Wynn Rewards Desk on the Wynn or Encore Las Vegas casino floors or call the Wynn Rewards Desk at (702) 770-3000 to confirm whether the one (1) $5,000 in FREECREDIT prize has been awarded. 
  9. Prizes awarded and odds will vary based on the actual number of participants.
  10. Malfunction voids all pays.
  11. Upon earning additional chances, participants must return to the Kiosk to play the “Spin It” game again.
  12. Participants are responsible for inserting their Wynn Rewards Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Wynn Rewards Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Wynn Rewards Card.
  13. It is participant's responsibility to regularly check that the bezel around the Wynn Rewards card reader is a solid green indicating participant is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. Participant's Wynn Rewards card will timeout and the bezel will turn yellow and blink indicating an inactive status when participant's play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a Wynn Rewards card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly.
  14. Slot play not associated with a Wynn Rewards Card will not earn slot points. 
  15. Slot points will be officially earned only after a player’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a player’s, and any linked account’s, Wynn Rewards Card is removed. 
  16. Participants and any linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own play to participate in this Promotion; slot points may not be combined to increase eligibility to play the “Spin It” game. Linked accounts are defined as legacy accounts that are still connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database. 
  17. Live table games or poker play, electronic table games play or race and sports betting, and select slot machines are not eligible for earning slot points.
  18. In case of a dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Rewards Desk representative immediately.
  19. All promotion prizes are awarded in the form of FREECREDIT or Charlie’s Sports Bar DININGCREDIT
  20. Promotion prizes awarded in the form of FREECREDITwill automatically upload to winner’s Wynn Rewards account and are valid for 72 hours from the date and time of issuance. FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Wynn Rewards Desk for details. 
  21. Promotion prizes awarded in the form of Charlie’s Sports Bar DININGCREDIT will automatically be issued to winner’s Wynn Rewards account after they have won their prize (a receipt will print as confirmation at Kiosk but is not required for redemption). DININGCREDIT prizes expire 24 hours from issuance. DININGCREDIT prizes not redeemed within 24 hours after issuance will be void and forfeited. Participants must present their Wynn Rewards card and valid government issued ID at the applicable venue for redemption. DININGCREDIT prizes must be redeemed during the applicable venue’s hours of operation. DININGCREDIT prizes are not valid for breakfast. 
  22. DININGCREDIT prizes are only valid for a maximum of fifty dollars ($50) in DININGCREDIT at Charlie’s Sports Bar located at Wynn Las Vegas, redeemable one (1) time, excludes gratuity and alcohol, and must be used in its entirety during one (1) visit. Maximum one (1) DININGCREDIT per day. Featured venue is subject to change in Wynn Las Vegas’ sole discretion without notice or liability. Any unused portions of the promotion prize will be forfeited and not refunded. Any charges over and above the $50 DININGCREDIT will be the responsibility of winner. Blackout dates or times may apply and seating may be limited and not guaranteed to be available before the redemption period of the DININGCREDIT prize expires.   23. This offer is non-transferable. 
  24. All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be exchanged or substituted and may not be claimed or redeemed by anyone other than participant.
  25. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.
  26. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.
  27. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.
  28. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
  29. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
  30. Participants and their guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts.  Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards.  The Wynn Resorts behavior standards and other applicable policies can be accessed at www.wynnlasvegas.com. In the event a participant or their guests are prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies or trespassed from property for non-compliance with such policies, participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any prizes, refunds or gifts associated with the Promotion.

  32. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and, subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management shall be deemed final.
