Dog Policy
All dogs (which does not include service animals for purposes of this policy) must be domesticated and weigh no more than 35 lbs. No more than two dogs are permitted in a guest room. Dog friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability. Guests travelling with a dog must complete and sign the Pet Dog Release, Waiver and Indemnification Agreement upon arrival, which can be obtained in advance here. The Dog Companion Fee is included in the room package being purchased and includes up to two (2) accompanying dogs. If an accident should occur, please contact housekeeping immediately so we can attempt to prevent any permanent damage. An additional deep cleaning fee of $350 for standard rooms and $500 for suites may apply in the event the dog causes any damage. Further charges may be applied if stains cannot be removed and/or if damage is considered excessive, as determined by Wynn in its sole discretion.
Dog must be kept in a kennel when left unattended in the guest room. Housekeeping and any other service requests (i.e. In-Room Dining, Engineering, Mini Bar) will not be completed in the event dog is not properly kenneled. There are designated dog relief areas and guest is responsible for all waste clean-up. Dogs must be kept on the Encore property only and are not allowed in the casino, pools, food and beverage outlets, retail stores, salon, spa, fitness, or any of the Showrooms. Dog must be kept restrained on a leash or in a pet carrier when the dog is outside the guest room. The dog must have all required and up to date vaccinations and inoculations and not have any communicable illnesses or diseases.
Guest is responsible for the noise the dog creates and dogs may be removed from the property if it disrupts the quiet enjoyment of other hotel guests. Dog amenities provided by Wynn Las Vegas, including but not limited to: dog kennels, dog water and food bowls, and dog beds are for use during the stay. In the event that these items are removed from property, missing after guest departure or damaged during the stay, guest will be charged for the replacement of the item at full retail value.
Guest releases Wynn Las Vegas, LLC, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the “Wynn Entities”) from any and all liability for any injury and/or damage suffered by their dog, including without limitation to any injuries or damages caused by hotel amenities. It is the guest responsibility to determine the suitability of amenity items provided to them and their dog. Guest assumes full responsibility for any and all injury or damage caused, or alleged to have been caused, by their dog. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Wynn Entities from and against any and all alleged or actual losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with their dog’s stay at Wynn Las Vegas. Guest understands that if Wynn Las Vegas discovers any violations of this agreement, guest may be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without reimbursement. In the event of an emergency, unattended dogs may be removed from the room. Guest authorizes Wynn Las Vegas to remove the dog without the owner being present and at the owner’s expense, including without limitation to an offsite kennel.
DEPOSIT POLICY
We require a deposit of the first night’s room rate and tax, which will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation. At time of check-in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online, or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment. For all reservations staying through December 31, a deposit of the first night’s room rate and tax will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation, and the reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable 30 days prior to your arrival and the remaining balance for all room nights will be charged no earlier than 30 days prior to your arrival. For all reservations that include a stay on 1/4/2022 through 1/6/2022, a full deposit of all room nights and tax will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation and a two-week cancellation policy is applied.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Except as set forth for specific dates below, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited. Early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in.
RESORT FEE
A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your room account for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls; and a 24-hour elevator lobby security team for enhanced guest safety. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. The total shown for your online reservation or in your confirmation email, as applicable, does not include this daily fee.
This Resort Fee is only applicable to reservations for the following room types: Wynn Resort King, Wynn Resort Two Doubles, Wynn Panoramic View King, Wynn Panoramic View Two Doubles, Wynn Panoramic Corner King, Encore Resort King, Encore Resort Two Queens, Encore Panoramic View King and Encore Panoramic View Two Queens.
TOWER SUITES RESORT FEE
A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your room account for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night, which entitles you to receive nightly room turn-down service; a $50 daily breakfast credit; an exclusive entrance and lobby, in-room Wi-Fi; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to the Tower Suites Pool reserved exclusively for our Tower Suites guests as well as all other resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls; complimentary valet parking and a 24-hour elevator lobby security team for enhanced guest safety. Some amenities, such as the fitness center, valet parking and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. The total shown for your online reservation or in your confirmation email, as applicable, does not include this daily fee.
The Tower Suite Resort Fee is only applicable to reservations for the following room types: Wynn Tower Suite King, Wynn Tower Suite Two Doubles, Wynn Tower Suite Executive, Wynn Tower Suite Parlor, Wynn Tower Suite Salon, Encore Tower Suite King, Encore Tower Suite Two Queens, Encore Tower Suite Parlor, and Encore Tower Suite Salon.
TOWER SUITES BREAKFAST INFORMATION
- Guests staying in a Wynn or Encore Tower Suite King, Wynn Tower Suite Two Doubles, Encore Tower Suite Two Queens, Wynn Tower Suite Executive, Wynn or Encore Tower Suite Parlor or Wynn or Encore Tower Suite Salon receive a $50 daily breakfast credit, which can be used at Tableau, Terrace Pointe, The Buffet, Jardin, Goodies on Demand or the Drugstore Café, between the hours of 5 a.m. and 12 p.m.
- Guests staying in a Wynn Fairway Villa, Encore Two Bedroom Apartment or Encore Three Bedroom Duplex will receive a $200 daily breakfast credit, which can be used for in-room dining between the hours of 5 a.m. and 12 p.m.
- Guests staying in a Wynn Tower Suite receive daily coffee and tea service at Tableau between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
- Guests staying in an Encore Tower Suite receive daily coffee and tea service at Goodies on Demand between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
- Guest is responsible for any charges exceeding the daily credit amount.
- Gratuities are not included in daily breakfast credit.
- Daily breakfast credit only applies to suites reserved through eligible rate codes; complimentary rooms and upgrades due to availability are not eligible.
PARKING INFORMATION
Self-parking at our resort is complimentary for all Wynn and Encore guests, subject to availability. Valet parking for Wynn and Encore guests is $25 per day. Valet parking for non-hotel guests is $25 for up to twenty-four (24) hours (no grace period, no reentry). Valet parking is complimentary for all Tower Suites guests, Private Access guests and current Black Tier Wynn Rewards members. All valet parking is subject to availability. OTHER POLICIES
- Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites.
- A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in for the following room types: Wynn Resort King, Wynn Resort Two Doubles, Wynn Panoramic View King, Wynn Panoramic View Two Doubles, Wynn Panoramic Corner King, Encore Resort King, Encore Resort Two Queens, Encore Panoramic View King, Encore Panoramic View Two Queens, Wynn Tower Suite King, Wynn Tower Suite Two Doubles, Wynn Tower Suite Executive, Wynn Tower Suite Parlor, Wynn Tower Suite Salon, Encore Tower Suite King, Encore Tower Suite Parlor and Encore Tower Suite Salon.
- A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $500 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in for the following room types: Wynn One Bedroom Fairway Villa, Wynn Two Bedroom Fairway Villa, Encore Two Bedroom Apartment and Encore Three Bedroom Duplex reservations.
- There will be a $50 surcharge added for each guest exceeding two or four guests in a room, as applicable.
- Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms is 4 people, and up to 14 people for our largest two-bedroom suite. A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000. Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.
- Check-in time after 3 p.m., check-out time before 12 p.m.
- Guest must be at least 21 years of age for check-in.
- There is a 14 day maximum stay restriction for all reservations.
- Smoking preference and bed type are not guaranteed except for Encore Resort Two Queens and Encore Panoramic View Two Queens.
- There is a limit of three rooms for each reservation made online. For all inquiries of four rooms or more please contact room reservations.
- There is a deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in a designated non-smoking room and marijuana products are prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the resort.
- Outside food and beverage, as well as large coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.
PROMOTIONAL RESERVATIONS
In addition to these terms and conditions, reservations booked under a Promotion are subject to additional terms and conditions. If the terms and conditions of the Promotion conflict with these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the Promotion will govern.
