GOLDEN WHEEL PROMOTION 

Terms and Conditions 

April 27 – 30, 2021

1.    The Golden Wheel Promotion (the “Promotion”) is limited to invited “local” Wynn Rewards members, based on their individual offer, who are playing at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore”). Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Wynn Rewards card and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Wynn Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.

2.    Local Wynn Rewards members are defined as those individuals with a physical home address located in the greater Las Vegas area verified via a valid Nevada government issued photo ID on file in the Wynn Rewards database.

3.    Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Promotion in its sole discretion.

4.    The Promotion will take place at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 through 11:00 p.m. Friday, April 30, 2021. (the “Promotional Period”).

5.    Participants may earn chances to play the “Golden Wheel” game in the Wynn Rewards casino kiosk (“Kiosk”) by playing eligible reel slots and video poker machines with their Wynn Rewards card inserted at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore. For each 500 slot points earned during the Promotional Period, participant will earn one (1) chance to play the “Golden Wheel” game.

6.    There is a maximum fifty (50) total chances regardless of how many times a participant earns 500 slot points during the Promotional Period.

7.    During the Promotional Period, participants who earned the required 500 slot points must swipe their Wynn Rewards card at a Kiosk, located on the Wynn Las Vegas casino floor, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., and enter their PIN number to access the “Golden Wheel” game in the Promotions menu. Then participant will “spin” the wheel to see whether they have won. Potential prizes are: $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $200, $500 or $5,000, in Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT (“FREECREDIT”) . The $5,000 in FREECREDIT prize will only be awarded a maximum one (1) time throughout the Promotional Period.

8.    Upon earning additional chances, participants must return to the Kiosk to play the “Golden Wheel” game again.

9.    Winning a prize is not guaranteed.

10.  Participants are responsible for inserting their Wynn Rewards Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Wynn Rewards Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Wynn Rewards Card.

11.  It is participant's responsibility to regularly check that the bezel around the Wynn Rewards card reader is a solid green indicating participant is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. Participant's Wynn Rewards card will timeout and the bezel will turn yellow and blink indicating an inactive status when participant's play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a Wynn Rewards card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly.

12.  Slot play not associated with a Wynn Rewards Card will not earn slot points.

13.  Slot Points will be officially earned only after a player’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a player’s, and any linked account’s, Wynn Rewards Card is removed.

14.  Participants and any linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own play to participate in this Promotion; slot points may not be combined to increase eligibility to play the “Golden Wheel” game. Linked accounts are defined as legacy accounts that are still connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.

15.  Live table games or poker play, electronic table games play, or race and sports betting are not eligible for earning slot points.

16.  In case of a dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Rewards Desk representative immediately.

17.  Promotion prizes are awarded in the form of FREECREDIT, will automatically be uploaded to the participant’s Wynn Rewards account and are valid for 72 hours from the date and time of issuance.

18.  FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Wynn Rewards Desk for details.

19.  This offer is non-transferable.

20.  All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be exchanged or substituted and may not be claimed or redeemed by anyone other than participant.

21.  Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

22.  Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

23.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.

24.  Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

25.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

26.  Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion.

27.  A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Promotion, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

28.  The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.
