VIP Football Viewing Experience

Terms & Conditions

September 13, 2020 – December 20, 2020

1. The VIP Football Viewing Experience is limited to invited Red Card members and have a confirmed reservation based on their individual offer.

2. Offer is limited to two (2) seats. This offer is for promotional purposes only and will not be accepted as entry to the event.  You must call (888) 320-7107 to reserve your seats. Seats are limited and based on availability.  Seats will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Additional seats may be provided at the Marketing Executive’s discretion.

3. The VIP Football Viewing Experience is scheduled to be held at Charlie’s Bar + Grill, located at Wynn Las Vegas every Sunday beginning on September 13 through December 20, 2020 as follows (each a “Viewing”):

4. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the VIP Football Viewing Experience in its sole discretion.

5. Each participant will earn one (1) drawing ticket for the Finale Drawing for each Viewing they attend. A maximum of fifteen (15) Finale Drawing tickets can be earned in total per each participant.

6. The Finale Drawing will take place at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 20, 2020, at Charlie’s Bar + Grill, located at Wynn Las Vegas whereby five (5) Finale Drawing tickets will be drawn.

7. Participants do not have to be present at the Finale Drawing to be eligible to win prizes from the Finale Drawing. Each participant is eligible to win one (1) prize only. If a participant’s drawing ticket is drawn and they are not present, a Marketing Executive will attempt to notify the player via email, text or phone call. Wynn Las Vegas is not responsible if a player does not receive a text or phone call notification due to circumstances beyond Wynn’s control, including but not limited to, poor cell phone reception, delays or technical difficulties by carrier, incorrect phone number(s) on file, or failure by player to timely see the message or hear the phone call or text notification. Ultimately it is participant’s responsibility to confirm if they won by contacting their Marketing Executive or checking the winner’s list posted at the Red Card desk by Monday, December 28, 2020.

8. In order to be eligible to participate in the VIP Football Viewing Experience Finale Drawing, participants must earn at least one (1) VIP Football Viewing Experience drawing ticket.

9. Final Round Drawing tickets will be printed and deposited in the drawing drum automatically by Tournament staff prior to the start of the Finale Drawing.

10. The transfer or trading of drawing tickets is strictly prohibited.

11. All prizes will be paid in either Wynn Las Vegas non-negotiable promotional chips (“Promotional Chips”) or Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT (“FREECREDIT”).  Winners will be required to immediately choose between receiving the prize in Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT. If a winner does not choose their prize by Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at approximately 5:00 p.m., their prize will be paid in Promotional Chips.

12. Grand Prize: In addition to the Grand Prize winner’s choice between receiving the prize in Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT, the Grand Prize winner will also receive two (2) tickets to the Professional Football Championship Game (the “Tickets”) currently scheduled to take place on February 7, 2021 (the “Event”). The location and type of Tickets are subject to availability and shall be in Wynn Las Vegas’ sole discretion.  Winner is responsible for airfare and other travel related expenses in connection with the use of the Tickets.  In the event the Event is cancelled as a result of COVID-19, then the winner shall receive Twelve Thousand and No/100ths Dollars ($12,000.00) in CASH in lieu of the Tickets.

13. 2nd Place Prize:  In addition to the 2nd place winner’s choice between receiving the prize in Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT, the 2nd place winner will also receive a complimentary two (2) night stay in a Wynn Las Vegas Fairway Villa and the choice between a round of golf for two (2) people or $500 in credit at The Spa at Wynn and The Spa at Encore, subject to the terms and conditions below:

Villa Weekend Stay:  The 2nd place winner will receive a complimentary two (2) night stay in a Wynn Las Vegas Fairway Villa, subject to availability, and are only available on select dates from December 22, 2020 through March 31, 2021.  Blackout dates include December 30-31, 2020 and January 1, 2021.  Additional blackout dates may apply.  A stay booked under this offer must be completed on or before March 31, 2021.  A complimentary daily resort fee entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls and a 24-hour elevator lobby security team for enhanced guest safety. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. The total shown for your online reservation or in your confirmation email, as applicable, does not include this daily fee. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person or four (4) person limit, as applicable based on room type. If room nights are purchased beyond the number of complimentary room nights, a deposit of one (1) night of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and resort fees and tax, plus $500 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. 

Amenity Option:  The 2nd place winner will have the choice between either (1) round of golf for two (2) people at the Wynn Golf Club or a $500 credit to be used at The Spa at Wynn or the Spa at Encore.  For the avoidance of doubt, the 2nd place winner may only receive one (1) of the two (2) amenity options listed below.

One (1) Round of Golf for Two People:  If the 2nd place winner chooses the round of golf for two (2) guests at the Wynn Golf Club: In the event of inclement weather, winner will be provided the opportunity before check-in to reschedule the golf reservation to a different day of winner’s stay booked under this Prize. Upon signing the registration form at check-in, winner agrees to the risk of inclement weather and will not receive an opportunity to reschedule golf in the case of inclement weather, even if inclement weather disrupts winner’s use of the golf course. If winner does not to reschedule your golf experience prior to the end of the stay, then winner will forfeit the Wynn Golf Club component. Wynn Golf Club rules will apply, including without limitation dress code and appropriate conduct. Shoe rental is not available. Caddie gratuity not included. Wynn Golf Club rules will apply, including without limitation dress code and appropriate conduct. The 18-hole round of golf for up to two (2) people may only be redeemed one time, any unused value may not be used during a subsequent visit, and may only be used in conjunction with this prize.

$500 Credit at The Spa at Wynn and The Spa at Encore:  If the 2nd place winner chooses the $500 Spa Credit:  Winner will receive a $500 credit that may be used at The Spa at Wynn and The Spa at Encore during a stay booked under this prize (the “Spa Credit”). Gratuities are not included. Spa Credit must be used during the stay booked under this prize. Any costs or spa services over and above the $500 Spa Credit will appear on your guest folio as “Package Overage” and are the responsibility of winner and guest(s). The Spa Credit will not show on your guest folio, but rather will be automatically applied. Unused Spa Credit will not be refunded and has no cash value. The Spa at Wynn and The Spa at Encore blackout dates may apply.

14. Winners of the Promotional Chips prizes will be required to pick up their Promotional Chips at the Wynn Las Vegas cage by no later than Wednesday, January 20, 2021.

15. Promotional Chips may be used to place wagers on all live table games and will be paid the same as live chips with the exception of roulette games where only even money wagers can be placed.  Wagering with Promotional Chips can continue until lost. Promotional Chips do not have a value outside of wagering and cannot be used for tipping. Tips given in Promotional Chips must be returned to the player; if a Promotional Chip is retained as a tip the value will be zero. Wynn Las Vegas does not permit off-setting wagers with Promotional Chips.

16. A wager made with Promotional Chips which is substantially above the player’s established maximum wager requires approval by Senior Management of Wynn Las Vegas.

17. FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Red Card Desk for details.

18. FREECREDIT prizes are valid until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.

19. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees.

20. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

21. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the VIP Football Viewing Experience.

22. Any vendor or immediate family member of a vendor who provides items for the VIP Football Viewing Experience are ineligible to participate in the event.

23. Offer only available on dates listed, may only be redeemed one time per Viewing, is non-transferable, and has no cash value.

24. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the VIP Football Viewing Experience.

25. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change all or any portion of the VIP Football Viewing Experience in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

26. Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the VIP Football Viewing Experience and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the VIP Football Viewing Experience.

27. A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort, participants and guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

28. The VIP Football Viewing Experience and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management which shall be deemed final.

Finale Drawing Prize Structure:

All VIP Football Viewing Experience Finale Drawing prizes will be awarded in the form of either Professional Football Championship Game tickets,

Villa Weekend at Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Las Vegas Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT. Prizes and prize structure are subject to change.
