RESORTCREDIT: The RESORTCREDIT included with this offer is valid toward items charged to your room at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas during your qualified stay excluding room rate and tax, resort fee and tax, Encore Beach Club, La Cave – Wine & Food Hideaway, Urth Caffe, Cipriani, retail items, casino play, and gratuities. Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is four (4) guests.  A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.  If room nights are purchased beyond the number of complimentary room nights set forth in the offer, a deposit of one (1) night of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and resort fees (if applicable) and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino.  Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.
