JetSuiteX Program

Terms & Conditions

June 4, 2020 – June 3, 2021

1. The JetSuiteX (“JSX”) program (the “Program”) is limited to invited Red Card members based on their individual offer.

2. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Program in its sole discretion.

3. The Program is available for select JSX flights between Thursday June 4, 2020 and Thursday, June 3, 2021, subject to availability and blackout dates.

4. The Program is limited to round-trip flights on select JSX operating routes. Current routes are to/from applicable airport terminals in i) Burbank, CA, ii) Orange County, CA, iii) Oakland, CA, iv) Phoenix, AZ and v) Dallas, TX. Operating routes are subject to change, availability and blackout dates.

5. Reservations are limited and based on availability and must be booked in conjunction with a hotel stay at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Las Vegas (the “Resort”) through Wynn Las Vegas Casino Marketing.

6. Each reservation is limited to invited player and one (1) guest. Additional seats may be available only at the discretion of the Wynn Las Vegas Casino Marketing Executive.

7. Invited player must provide the Casino Marketing Executive with names for all passengers at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled departure.  In addition, each passenger will need to provide a copy of a valid government issued photo ID to JSX upon check in prior to the flight. Failure to do so may require the trip to be canceled and/or some passengers not being allowed to board.

8. All Passengers must read and comply with JSX’s Contract of Carriage (available at https://assets.ctfassets.net/we0wnls2rnwy/57nJPCfT2NUzO12XPYNq85/9621ac27b46cac7e7f4b263c5226e9b6/Contract_of_Carriage_JSX_04152020.pdf) and all other terms and conditions, including without limitation, check-in and passenger conduct, required by JSX. 9. Pets are not permitted at the Resort and as such are not allowed on the JSX plane as part of this Program. Service animals are permitted.

10. Resort will provide transportation to/from the Las Vegas Airport terminal and the Resort. Invited player and guests are responsible for all other transportation, including without limitation, transportation and parking fees at originating airport. All passengers must arrive at the departing terminal at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure. If passengers are traveling with multiple bags, it is requested to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Each passenger must present a valid, government-issued photo ID to board the plane, which must match the name provided in advance. Passengers without a valid ID will not be allowed to board.

11. Each passenger is allowed up to three (3) bags weighing up to 50 pounds each. JSX allows more room in the cabin by removing overhead bins. Accordingly, carry-on baggage is limited by size to one (1) personal item, like a purse, laptop or briefcase. Passengers traveling with a medical device shall be allowed two (2) items. Any excess or overweight baggage fees will be the responsibility of invited player and guests.

12. All travel, including the return trip back to the originating airport must be completed by June 3, 2021.  No exceptions.

13. JSX flights are subject to availability and additional blackout dates may apply.

14. This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Offer is not available to employees and/or their relatives of Wynn Resorts®, JSX or their affiliates.

15. A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Resort and participating in the Program, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

16. Wynn Las Vegas reserves all rights to cancel, modify or suspend the Program, or any element thereof, for any reason and without prior notice or liability.

17. The Program and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management which shall be deemed final.
